Third Person

In study hall, six boys sat doing their homework together and occasionally helping each other. Jeonghan and Joshua sat together working on their math. Next to them was Woozi, Dokyum, and Minghao focusing on their english projects. But sitting with his feet on the table, facing Joenghan and Joshua, was Hoshi. You could say he was the 'bad boy' of the group. He played with his pencil for a while, neglecting his homework until he got bored. He looked around at the other people in study hall. What to do... What to do... he thought.

"Hey, Jeonghan?" said Hoshi.

"Yyyes?" said Jeonghan, looking up from his homework.

"Is there anything we could do during our free period that's... I don't know. Fun?" said Hoshi, taking his feet off the table and placing his elbows on it instead.

"This isn't fun?" asked Jeonghan with a hint of sarcasm in his voice.

"No. Can we go do something else?" asked Hoshi.

"Why don't you go help Woozi, your partner, with your project." said Joshua, pointing at Woozi, who was helping Dokyum and Minghao with theirs.

"Boring. He'll come over this weekend and we'll do it then." Hoshi stated.

"So you'd rather do something fun now and have to work on a project all weekend then work on it for a simple hour and have all weekend to have fun?" asked Jeonghan, with a raised eyebrow.

"Don't give me that look. I know you guys are all perfect angels but we're not all so lucky." said Hoshi.

"Speak of the devil." mumbled Joshua, as a very well known group of friend strutted into study hall with their books loosely held in their hands. They glared around at everyone and went to sit at the table the furthest away from them.

"Why are they even here?" asked Dokyum, as he, Woozi, and Minghao sat down with them. "It's not they're planning to get any actual studying done."

"They're probably here to pull some stupid prank or something." said Woozi, rolling his eyes.

"Then we better get out of here, before things get ugly." said Minghao.

"I don't know." said Jeonghan, looking over his shoulder at them. "They can't be that bad, can they?"

"This coming from the guy who spent a whole semester getting his hair pulled in the hallway. You know them, they don't give a crap about anything. They don't do their homework, they skip class, they talk back to teachers, and they get the worst grades but they don't seem to care. Are they not worried about their futures?" said Joshua.

"Hoshi, I swear if you ever-" started Dokyum, before Hoshi interrupted him.

"Don't worry. You guys are my friends. Those guys are jerks. Lets go." said Hoshi. They all picked up their books and got up to leave except for Jeonghan who stayed put.

"Come on, hyung." said Woozi.

"I'll catch up with you guys. I still have to finish this." said Jeonghan.

"Fine, but if they give you any trouble just text us. Ok?" said Joshua.

"Ok." said Jeonghan, not looking up from his math sheet. The other boys left and Jeonghan was left alone. He tried hard not to turn around and send a glance to the boys sitting behind him.

Hey y'all. Ok so this is sort of like a prologue. The next chapter will be too but after that we get into the real story. Lemme know if you liked it. ;)
