3 Years Later
I threw the man off, but he was persistent. He came back with a right hook then sent me flying back against the wall, and that's where he came closer, smiling-
"Get away from the girl!" Someone snarled, and I faintly recognised two girls coming around me the corner.
They were both gorgeous.
One of them, with shoulder length chestnut hair, and bluish grey eyes. She had a strong build, along with the other girl.
The second girl had 2 different eyes, one blue and one green. It made her look dangerous. She slightly longer blonde hair than the other girl and had relatively the same build. Even though they weren't identical at all,
You could mistake them for sisters.
The man looked smug, finally pulling away from me and turning to the girls. "Sure, hot thing. Why don't-"
The second girl snapped her leg out, catching him in the jaw. "Yeah, he was annoying me!" She laughed, but her eyes softened taking in my scared form. "Hey! I'm Alexia Lovmy and this is Saviah Sparks. Are you lost?" She asked, as the girl named Saviah checked our surroundings, smiling at me every so often. I took a deep breath, willing my voice to speak. "No. I uhh... I... I ran away from home!" I gushed out, unsure why I was telling her this. Her eyes widened, and it was only know I noticed more detail. Like how Saviah had two knifes strapped into her belt, and the way the wind moved around Alexia. My breath hitched. They were like me.
I clicked my fingers, generating the small flame I'd managed to master.
Ever since I saw the skeleton and the girl, I'd been trying to see if I could do 'magic'.
And I could.
Both girls shared looks, before they grinned. "What's your name kiddo?" Saviah asked, walking up.
For some reason I already trusted these two strangers.
"Matilda." I whispered, blushing. "Well, you need a new name if you want to be in the world of magic!" Saviah gushed, grinning. She was bubbly, but in a great way. "Uhhh....." I looked around, for some thing, anything that might help.
Looking up at the sky, it looked like it was going to snow. "Blizzard. Blizzard Fernell." I smiled, amazed how powerful the name made me feel.
It was meant to be.
Alexia clapped, and Saviah squealed. "Great! Now come with us!" Alexia grinned, as they each took one arm and dragged me out of the ally.It was the beginning of a great friendship.
