Chapter 9

Garroth pov:
I opened my eyes to see red blank eyes staring at me. I tried to get the figure off of me but it wouldn't budge. I grabbed the sword and stabbed the demon. He flew off of me and I finally got a good look at him. It was a dark shadow that sorta looked like a ghost, it had red blank eyes. I charged at it with my sword and it just vanish in thin air. I looked down and I saw a note were the shadow figure was.

Dear Garroth,

You might of got away but I can find you and I have my ways to find you so don't hide. Oh also you better watch Aphmau.

I dropped the note and ran upstairs and flung the door open. Aphmau was asleep peacefully. I took a deep breath and walked to the bed. I got under the covers and Aphmau snuggled into me.

Aphmau pov:
I woke up the next morning with Garroth holding on to me. I kissed his nose and got out of bed. I looked behind me to see Garroth starting to open his eyes.
"Good morning sleepy head."
Garroth moaned.
"Why are you up so early in the morning?"
"It's actually 12:00 in the afternoon and Levin is with Zoey."
"When did he leave with Zoey?"
"At 8:00. She knocked on the door so I gave her Levin and let you sleep in."
"Oh, thanks for that. Anyways, I was wondering if we can have a picnic because our last one was ruined by Zenix?"
"Sure, when?"
"Right now, we can have
brunch."
"Okay, let me get ready then."
I ran upstairs and got changed into my purple skirt and my white crop top. I ran down the stairs and Garroth had a basket in his hand. We ran out the door and went down to the path to the forest. When we got there Garroth set up a blanket and I sat down. Garroth gave me a peanut butter and jam sandwich then I thanked him. I watched Garroth munch down his sandwich. I started laughing and he gave me a confuse look.
"Why are you laughing?"
"I'm laughing because you have no manners."
"I do so have manners!"
"No you don't..."
Garroth stood up, picked me up and started running.
"Garroth what are you doing!?"
He didn't answer.
"Garroth!?"
Still no answer.
We finally got to the house and he let me down.
"Why did you carry me here?"
"Because I'm gonna show you that I have manners!"
"And how are you going to do that?"
"You'll see..."
Garroth ran inside the house.
He came back in a black suit and a blue tie.
"Why are you wearing that?"
"I'm taking you to a fancy restaurant."
"And what restaurant is that?"
"You'll see."
Garroth took my hand and he walked me down to Kawaii Chan's Cafe.
"And how is this a fancy?"
"I asked Kawaii Chan to set up a table for us."
We went inside and he wasn't lying. There was a table set up with a white table cloth and gold rim plates. I odered the parmesan chicken and Garroth got the steak.

After we were done supper, Garroth asked me to dance and I said yes. We started dancing to the beat of the music. He pulled me closer and we kept on dancing.

We waved goodbye to kawaii chan and walked out the door. When we got home I got changed into my kigurumi and fell asleep on Garroths chest.
