Chapter 15

Garroth pov:
I was laying down on a bed in Donna's nurse room at her house. Aphmau was sitting on the chair next to me reading a book.
"What are you reading?"
"Midnight."
"You've got to be kidding me."
"What? I am trying to read all the books before the new one
comes out."
I rolled my eyes and Aphmau gave me sassy look then I just laughed. I heard the door open and Donna came into the room.
"You can leave now. Your arm is perfectly fine, you just need to rest it."
"Okay. Thank you."
Donna left the room. Aphmau helped me out of bed and we walked out of the room.

We finally made it home. When we got inside everything looked normal and peaceful.
"So... Do you want to go upstairs and rest or have a drink of tea at Kawaii Chan's Cafe?"
"Lets go to the Cafe."
"Okay let's go."
She took my good arm and we ran out the door. We ran to Kawaii Chan's Cafe and when we got inside the place was dark.
"Aphmau what is going on?"
All of a sudden the lights turned on and people jumped out at us.
"SURPRISE!"
"What the heck is going on here?"
"We through you a get well party, Aphmau planned it!"
I looked over at Aphmau and she had her head down. I walked over to her and lifted up her chin up with my finger. She was blushing. I leaned in closer and kissed her.
"Thank you."
"You were upset. You were thinking that you can't protect me but you can."
"I love you."
"I love you to..."
Aphmau brought me to a table where Laurence and Katelyn were sitting. I sat down beside Laurence and Aphmau sat across from me. I smiled at her and she smiled back.
"So did Azura actually try to kill Aphmau?"
Katelyn gave Laurence a death stare.
"I mean, are you okay Garroth?"
"I'm fine but my arm still hurts a bit."
"That's good to hear."
"The good thing is it's not my fighting arm."
"Well that's good."
"Anyways we were wondering..."
I looked at Aphmau and she nodded her head yes.
"Laurence will you be my best man for our wedding?"
"And Katelyn will you be my bride maid?"
Aphmau had a bright smile. Katelyn nodded her head yes and Aphmau jumped in the air with joy.
"I say yes to your offer Garroth."
I gave him a bro hug and thanked him. Kawaii Chan walked over with a plate of food. It has steak, mashed potatoes, corn and pees. I thanked her and started to eat.

After I was finished, everyone got up and started to dance. I grabbed Aphmau's hand and brought her to the dance floor. A slow song stated to play and Aphmau put her hands around my neck. I put my good arm around her waist. She got as close as she could so she didn't hurt my arm. She put her head on my shoulder and we kept dancing.
