Chapter 25

Garroth's suit on the right and Laurance's suit on the left.

Garroth pov:
Everything is planned for the wedding. I tried on my suit with Laurance and it looked good. It was a black tuxedo with a nice light blue tie. Laurance's tuxedo is black with a purple tie like all the other grooms men. Aphmau is still asleep but she is still healthy.

I walked into Aphmau's room and closed the door behind me. I slowly walk up to the bed and sat down on the seat next to the bed. Today was the day Aphmau was supposed to wake up. I grabbed her hand and she just lied there. I put my head down and looked at the ground. I felt something grab my hand and I looked up. Aphmau was sitting up in bed looking confused.
"Aphmau you're awake!"
I got up and hugged her tight. She hugged me back even tighter.
"Garroth what happened?"
She pulled away from the hug and looked at me.
"The sword you touched cursed you, it gave you these weird glowing vains going up your wrist but I got Azura to take away the curse."
"Wow. How did you make her do that?"
"I don't want to talk about it..."
"Um okay, anyways thank you."
"You're welcome. I would do anything for you."
"How long was I out?"
"Two weeks."
"Wait what. That means we have to get everything planned for the wedding."
"Donna already handled everything and I tried on my tuxedo and I chose who's going to be my grooms men."
"Really and all I have to do is choose who is going to be my brides maids, I already have Katelyn."
"Yes well my grooms men are Laurance of course, Dale, Brendon and Logan."
"Well I will tell you when I choose my brides maids."
"Okay but you need to eat you must be starving."
"I guess I am pretty hungry."
"Okay I will go get Donna and ask her to make you something."
"Okay thank you."
I got out of my seat and stretched. I walked out of the room and went to the kitchen. I saw Donna and she was doing the dishes. I ran up to her and tapped on her shoulder.
"Yes Garroth?"
"Aphmau is awake and she is kind of hungry."
"Wait she is awake and you didn't tell me sooner."
"Sorry I was having a talk with her."
"Its okay. I know you missed her more then anyone in this
village."
"Yes because she is the love of my life."
"I know and I will get started on something for her."
"Thank you."
I left the kitchen and went back to the room. Aphmau was staring out the window and didn't even notice me walking in. I walked over to her and tapped her shoulder. She jumped and looked at me. I laughed and she punched me in the shoulder. I hugged her and she hugged me back.
"I missed you."
"I know."
"I love you..."
"I love you to."
We stayed in that position until someone knocked on the door. I pulled away and opened the door. Donna came rushing in with a tray of food. She quickly went over to Aphmau and gave her the tray of food.
"This is the quickest I could make at the moment but if you would like more I can make more."
"Thank you Donna and I think this will do."
"Okay and how are you?"
"I feel perfectly fine just hungry that's all."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes Donna now go take a break."
"Okay and if you need anything just get me."
"I will, now go and take a break."
She walked out of the room and closed the door behind her. I looked at Aphmau and she was stuffing her face with food. I smiled and she keeps on eating. She took her last mouth full and wiped her face with a napkin. I laughed at her and she looked at me and giggled.
"Wow someone is hungry."
"Well I haven't ate for 2 weeks."
"True."
