One Word Can Mean So Much (On Hold)

Chapter 14

Aphmau pov:
I followed Garroth down the path. When we made it to the plaza Azura and Zenix were in the middle of the plaza with fire around them. I stopped and looked at Garroth, he stopped and looked back at me. He grabbed my hand and we both ran down the stairs. Azura looked at me with glowing red eyes.
"I've come to get Garroth back."
"Azura I already told you this, I don't love you."
"You do, but Aphmau gave you a love potion."
I looked at Garroth and he had a confused look on his face.
"What are you talking about? I never gave Garroth a love potion."
"Yes you did and you're the one who pushed me off the cliff."
"I never pushed you off a cliff."
"Yes you did!"
Azura came running at me but Garroth stopped her before she stabbed me with a sword.

Garroth pov:
"Garroth you've got to believe me. She is tricking you and if I kill her you'll love me again."
"You won't kill her with me still alive!"
I stabbed my sword into her side and she fell to the ground. I turned around to see Aphmau frightened. She pointed behind me but before I could turn around I felt a sword stab me in the arm. I fell down to see Azura.
"This the only way to get you back..."
She walked over to Aphmau. Aphmau started backing up but she tripped. I tried to get to her but Zenix came running and held me down. Azura was about to stab Aphmau when all of a sudden a nether portal came out of nowhere. A man stepped out of the portal and he grabbed Azura then pulled her back in with him. Zenix let go of me and ran inside the nether portal with a angry look on his face. Then the portal vanished. I got up and hurried to Aphmau.
"I'm so sorry I didn't protect
you."
"Garroth you tried so hard but they were to strong. Garroth look at me. No matter what happens, I will always love you..."
I put my hand on her cheek and kissed her.

Another day I keep her alive. Another day passes and I continue to love her more and more.
