Leaving him starstruck... chap-4

"My mom said yes, but I have to be home by 9"
"Great, meet you in the parking lot after school :)" I put my phone on the charge and can't help but smile as I fall asleep.

I wake up to my alarm I set the night before. It's annoying but it's better than being screamed at. I grab the clothes I set out and go to the bathroom to change into them. I straighten my long brown hair and think to myself, I still don't know where I got that gene from. Both of my parents and their parents are blondes. I put some make-up on, mostly to cover up the pimple I found this morning on my forehead in my hair line. I grab my vans and phone as I leave the room.

When I get downstairs my mom is in the living room on her computer. Sometimes I wonder if she even goes to bed at night. I walk over to the dining table and pack up all my stuff and sling my back pack over my shoulder. I make a quick stop in the kitchen grabbing a bag of chips in case I forget to eat today. I'm about to leave when I hear "Sarah, you can take ten dollars from my wallet for after school." Wow, what's got her in a good mood? "Thanks mom, love you" I say grabbing the money and leaving the house. "Have fun, love you" I hear come from behind the door.

I get to school about twenty minutes early. Alex is already by my locker, or her's since its is only three doors away. Its how we met actually. Freshman year I thought she was trying to break into my locker, only to find out she was dyslexic and got the 6 and 9 confused. But what she lacks in book smarts she has in street smarts. She's an athlete also; captain of the soccer team for the past three years. We'd joke around saying that I'd play soccer if she would play softball, but we both know that will never happen.

"Hey Alex" I say messing with my lock. "Sarah, I swear all my teachers hate me." I laugh and say "How? They have only just met you yesterday." She shook her head knowing I was right and then her eyes widened over my shoulder. "No, It-it can't be" she says eyes glued on that ever was behind me. I raise my eyebrows at her and turn around to see what the big deal was. Tyler. He was walking my way with his group of friends. Sure some of his friend were cute but none of them could match his blue eyes. I turn back to Alex who had her mouth wide open. Did she like him? "You're going to catch a fly with your mouth open like that" I say harshly. She closes her mouth but she's still staring that way. I look back just in time to see him walk past us. He smiles and winks. Was it at me? I look over at Alex but she's still staring at the group as they walk by. I snap my fingers in front of her face. "Hello? Anyone home?" She shakes her head and looks at her feet. "You okay?" I ask a little confused. "Yeah... I'm fine, I-I got to go" she walks away still looking at her feet.

*DING* *DING* *DING*

"This day better pass by quick" I whisper to myself.

*DING* *DING* *DING*

"Remember class there will be a test tomorrow on the rules and procedures." I hear as I almost run out the class. My heart was beating out my chest. I rush to my locker grab the papers I need and start heading to the parking lot.

Do I ride with him there? No, I go in my own car. That way I can get home faster. I see Tyler. He stands out like a beautiful blue eyed sore thumb. He has the same friends around him from earlier. I walk over and one of the girls looks me up and down then smiles. Was she checking me out or judging me? Tyler looks over his shoulder and motions his hand for me to come over. "This is Sarah guys, I hope its okay I asked her to come?" He's blushing! "Its okay with me" says the girl that had smiled at me. "Umm, hi?" I manage to say with an awkward smile. I look over and Tyler is just smiling at me which makes me smile back at him. I guess we stare for a long time because I hear laughter and someone say "Are y'all going to kiss or can we go to the mall already?!" My face feels red hot but I don't take my eyes off of Tyler because he's blushing too. "Shut up Charlie" Tyler says leaving my gaze and punches one guys arm. "Let's go then!" Charlie says rubbing his arm. We walk over to the cars and Tyler sees my art work on my spot and frowns and gets in his car. Yup, if him and I are ever a thing I have to cover that up more. I follow behind Charlie and the girl that smiled at me with Tyler behind me.

I lower my windows and grab my glasses like I usually do and blare some music. I look over and I see Tyler next to me trying to say something. I make out "nice ride"from his lips. I yell "Sorry can't hear you!" I reach over a flip a switch I had Alex install about a year ago. My bass in now blaring. I look over and Tyler has his mouth open mesmerized by my jeep. I pull down my glasses and wink at him and I push 80 in my jeep getting to the mall before everyone.

When everyone pulls up Tyler has the biggest grin on his face. He walks over and stands really close to me before he...

Hehe. Okay, yes I'm a little evil but I need some suggestions. The more ideas I have the more chapters I can put out in a week.
