"Alex! Wait!" I yell "I have something to ask you" I say to myself. I hope I can catch her later.

Lunch has been getting worse and worse lately. Pizza tastes like cardboard, the hamburgers have about twenty different animals in them and the mashed potatoes smell like plato. I don't know why I eat this shit. I take my food and as usual go to Mr. Clark's class. I've been in his class all four years. To say I'm not his favorite student would be a lie. I walk in to the lab and other students are in there practicing their skills. I remember doing those skills. So easy compared to what I'm doing now. Being in the advance medical Academy class, I'm supposed to help the lower classes but its to humorous watching them pefrom CPR on the wrong dummy. The chest is not hollowed out so it looks like they are about to break thier wrists. I set my food down and trade the dummies around and go back and eat my lunch. Its lonely eating by myself all the time but at least I can get a good laugh. Alex eats in the lunchroom with her other friends. I tried eating there but its too loud and crowded. I finish my shit lunch and go to the lab. I sit on one of the six hospital beds and try not to laugh as I watch the rookies do mouth to mouth. "Remember to do the 'head tilt chin lift'. You have to open up the airway before breathing air in." They nod their heads but don't even bother listening to my suggestion. Why do I even bother?

*Ding* *Ding* *Ding*
I crash into English class just as the bell was ringing. I'm not technically late. I glance around the class room for a seat and I see Tyler motioning for me to sit next to him. Should I go sit next to him. There's not many seats left. But what if he asks about Saturday. I haven't had much time to think about what I'm going to do let alone ask Alex about it. "Ms. Waters, if you want to teach the class about Passive and Active voice please do stay up here. If not, I'll be happy to start class once your seated." I sigh and walk over to take the seat next to Tyler. He smiles as I sit down and places his arm around my chair. "Thank you Ms. Water, and now for today's lesson..." Blah blah blah when will this lady ever learn no one pays any attention in her class. I glance down and a note slips onto my table. I look over at Tyler and he's trying hard not to make eye contact. His face is bright red and he's trying to hide a smile. He breath seems uneven like he just ran three miles. I look up to make sure Ms. Woods won't catch me. She's to busy trying to get her projector to work. I open the note as quietly as I can.
"Did you get my text last night?
~Tyler"
Do I lie and say "what text?" No I better not I don't like lying.
"Yes, I got it.
~Sarah"
I pass the note back over. He reads it over, scribbles something and sends it back.
"You going to come?
~Tyler"
Tyler or Fisher? Tyler or Fisher? Gahhh why is this so hard!!
"I don't know yet.
~Sarah"
As he reads the note he looks up at me and gives me a sad puppy dog face. He looks back down and writes something.
"I hope you can, I'd have no fun without you:)
~Tyler"
Damn it Tyler! Stop it!
*Smack*
I jump in my seat as a gaint ruler comes crashing down on my desk and slaps over the note. "Ms. Waters and Mr. Coast, is there something that you would like to share with the class?" I slowly glance up and see Ms. Woods standing over me. Her eyebrow is raised and her glasses look like there about to fall on me. "Not particularly" I say to her in a sarcastic tone. She squints her eyes and leans forward toward the note. I watch as her eyes float over the words on the note. My heart starts to race and my hands start to sweat. I don't know why I'm nervous, I didn't say anything bad. She smiles and stands straight up and looks between us. "If you do not wish to fail my class, please do try to pay more attention in it." I nod my head and she grins and walks back to the board and continues teaching. I can feel my face is warm and out of the corner of my eye I see Tyler starring at me with lust. I can't let my self look at him. I need to focus. I move the note off my text book and try to pay attention the best I can. But how can I when Tyler is clearly watching me write.

Thank God! "Okay class if you didn't finish the classwork, its homework." I did over half so I'm not worried about it. I pack up my stuff and practically run to history class. I'm never this excited for class but I have to find Alex. I push through students. Some of them move, others say things that would make a sailor blush.

"Alex!" I spot her talking to Roxanne. I walk over and Roxanne has a huge grin on her face. Her eyes are trailing my body. Awkwardly I look at Alex and she looks so pissed off at Roxanne. "Alex, you okay?" I question. "Yeah let's just go sit down" She spits out. I look over at Roxanne and she winks at me. "Come on guys" she brushes past me and Alex goes to follows her. I grab Alex's arm as she passes me. "Alex are you sure your okay?" She doesn't even look at me. "I'm fine." Obviously your not I think to myself. I let her go and nod my head. I follow her in and take the seat away from them. Alex is not in a good mood and I don't want to make it worse. Plus, I need to keep my grades up in this class. I have a 78 'C' and if my mom finds that out, she'll kill me!

Classes today have flew by. I get to my locker and when I open it a paper falls out. I open it and look it over.
"Dear Sarah,
You are so BEAUTIFUL! The way your hair flows and your beautiful eyes shimmer leaves me breathless. From the day I met you, I can't help but think about you. Every time I go to say something to you, my throat gets dry and I stutter for words. I hope I'll see you Saturday
~;)"

Who's the note from? Tyler? Roxanne? Maybe Fisher? Or possibly a joke from someone?

Happy New Year!
