~Sam's Point of View~

I looked up at Jungkook and smiled at his cute surprised face.
"You're here? I thought you said you weren't feeling well...?"
I shook my head. "You'd know it was me if I came with the girls, so I had to come separately."
He thought for a moment, before saying, "What were you saying just then..."
I tilted my head slightly. Has he not figured it out yet?
"The first girl, that was... Mina?" He asked. I confirmed that it was. I filled him in on what happened, and his face went from confusion to annoyed.
"What?! I can't believe her..." He muttered, but I stopped him by placing a hand on his cheek.
"Jungkook... Don't hate her. She was afraid that you would but she's truly sorry, and owned up. Just forget about it, okay?"
He frowned, but then nodded. He stepped closer to me; I felt his arms slip around my waist, pulling me towards him gently.
My arms automatically went around his neck. Our faces were centimetres apart, and I could feel my face heating up.
"Did I tell you you look so beautiful?" He smirked, and I giggled.
"You look quite handsome yourself," I smiled, and I meant it. His hair was styled smartly with a side parting, showing his forehead. He looked older and incredibly handsome.
He grinned, and leaned even closer, our noses touching. Seconds later I felt his lips on mine. Nothing else mattered anymore. We were good.

We broke away, and I looked at the floor, blushing. Jungkook lifted my chin with his fingers, tilting my head up, and smiled at me. I hugged him, and he slipped his hand into mine. We walked like that, hand in hand, for a while, talking and talking.
"I think we should head back to the others," Jungkook said, rather reluctantly. I agreed, and we made our way back, where the others we waiting by the vehicles.
"We were just about to call you!" Jimin grinned. "But I see you're in good company," and winked. Jungkook pushed him lightly, as Jimin continued teasing him. I just chuckled at the boys, as Beth grabbed my arm and pulled me to the girls' car; I could see on her face that she was itching to know the details... And so the car journey was spent telling them what happened after we both left the ballroom. I couldn't stop grinning, and Beth kept giggling at me. I couldn't wait to get home...
