Chapter 25-Alone

Riley's POV

I wake up in the morning and stare at the photo on my bedside table of me and James doing our Internationals duet. I get out of bed and get dressed.
"Thalia!" I shout. I look into her bedroom and she's not there. She's probably gone somewhere but I'm sure she'll be back soon. I go downstairs and she's not there either. First James and Eldon got arrested, then James dies, then Eldon dies, then Thalia get kidnapped or whatever. What is happening? I sit on the sofa and switch on the telly.

James's POV

"What do you want now?" I ask Mia. She got let out and now is trying to do something that I have no idea what.

"I'm going to give you a choice. Your first option is to let me record your voice of shouting Riley."
"What's my second option?"

"To let me kill you with this very gun." 

"What will you use the recording for?"
"I just need a recording of all of me people I have successfully made their lives miserable and I need something they would probably say a lot."

"OK I'll do it then."

Mia's POV

If James really knew what I was going to use this for he wouldn't have done it.

"OK," I say,"Say it like you mean it, like she's trying to find you."
"Riley Riley!"
"Perfect. Thank you."
"Is that really what you're using it for?"
"You don't believe me? Suit yourself." I then walk off with the recording. 

Riley's POV

I sit on the sofa, half asleep, but I get woken up. 

"Riley! Riley!" I hear someone shout which is when I realize, it's James. James is alive?! I run upstairs and into the box room, where the noise was coming from, but when I go in he's not there. Bang! The door slams behind me. 
"Who's that?!" I shout.
"Who'd you think it is Riley? James?"

"Mia I'm go...wait...I thought you were in prison?!"
"Turns out I was innocent, or so what they thought."
"What do you want?"
"I want to make your life miserable so, my plan is to leave you in here until you're on the edge of dying of starvation or what have you and then I let you out and you can be free and then I don't care what you do for the next month but oh well."
"Wow. How could you do this?!"

"Cos I wanna. Nobody's stopping me and oh yeah! If you hadn't noticed already that If I leave you here for a month or so then your baby will die. No food. They can't cope. Oh, you're such a mean mother Riley. How do you think you can raise a kid on your own without even feeding it? Tut tut tut...
"Mia I..."
"Do you seriously think I care Riley? Oh yeah of course you do cos you're so stupid!"
"Mia when I get you..."
"I've already got you. Anyway, ta from me."
"MIA STOP!" Before I know it she's gone. I hate her right now, in fact I hate her all the time but I especially hate her now. 

Mia's POV

"So that's the plan?" I ask.
"Yes. You can leave it all to me and Thalia, well we haven't told her that yet but she'll do it."

"Lets shake on it." I hold my hand out and shake her hand. This is gonna be good.
