Thanksgiving had came and went by fast. He left and went to a relatives house, I Hadn't seen him and I had went to my Aunty place. Mom, Vince , my sister and her boyfriend had stayed together for thanksgiving. I had fun, for those four days. Monday came and he still wasn't back yet. I went to school and went straight to Kiara locker.
"Hey bestfrann" she screamed and ran to me. I could see all her Thanksgiving food went straight to her ass
"Hey baby, how you doing" I gave her a hug
"I miss you, how you been holding up"
"I'm doing ok, how was your thanksgiving"
"It was good, my cousin came over and his mom said he's enrolling in this school, he should be here"
"You mean Kevin ?"
"Yea, oh yea wasn't y'all to hitting it off at my party?"
"Yea, he is cute and plus he has those dreamy eyes"
"Yea he likes your ass too, he just said that you said you didn't want a boyfriend" I put my head down because actually I had really wanted to go out with him, it was just that Malachi was in the way. I didn't want to tell him that I wanted to stop because I was scared he would get mad and start telling, and at that time I still wasn't sure that I wanted to stop.
"Man, yea I just ain't ready for a commitment"
"Child shut up, because you couldn't stop talking about his ass, come on we got to go to class. I started laughing and we went to class. I remember Ms belldrum boring ass class in the mornings. Then the principal had came in the class and gave her a letter and then signal someone to come in. It was Kevin. She told him to sit down in the only sit that was empty, next to me. There was no need for introduction because I mean we were in high school and he belonged in a higher grade then us, and I guess he failed this subject in the other school so he had to take it over. He smiled at me and sat down. I couldn't help it but blush. All day in class I couldn't help but look at him. Kiara caught me a few times and she just smirked at me. I remember I had dropped my pencil and he went out his way to pick it up for me just so he could touch me. I started smiling and Kiara caught me. Blah blah blah, just know that I had went the whole day that day with Kevin in my mind. The sad thing is that I still didn't want to go out with him even though I had really liked him. I was being loyal to a person that isn't even mine.
