"You do look amazing, but I don't think you look that different..." (y/bff/n) answers.
I look around for some people I know, but to no avail.
Two boys walk up to me.
They both have brown hair, but one has blue eyes while the other has brown.
They both seem to be your "typical" teenage boy.
I must admit, they're both really cute, too.
When I see very close up, the brown-eyed boy has a split eyebrow and has a tendency to twitch a lot.
The blue-eyed boy says to me, "Hey, we saw you walk in and wanted to introduce ourselves. I'm Jeffery Woods, but please call me Jeff. This here is my buddy Toby Rogers. He's, uh, special..."
The boy he called "Toby" elbowed Jeff in the stomach.
"You wanna go? I am not afraid to throw down, Toby!"
"You can't beat me even if you tried. I can't feel pain, remember?" Toby says, seemingly numb to the world.
He has a far-off look in his eyes.
"Uh, Toby was it? I want to know, why do you twitch?" I ask.
"I have Tourette Syndrome." he answers simply.
It seems like he's in shock.
"We've told you our names, so why don't you tell us yours, milady?" Jeff asks.
"Sorry about that! I'm (y/n). Nice to meet you! You seem like nice boys, so why don't you give me your numbers?" I answer.
I can hear Jeff whisper-shout, "Yes! Score!"
He hands me a piece of paper with supposedly his number.
Toby does the same and we all hang out for a few more hours.
"Hey, (y/n)," (y/bff/n) whispers, "why don't all four of us sleep over at my house? Won't that be fun?"
"I'll ask them." I whisper back.
"Toby, Jeff, would you like to spend the night with us at my friend's house? It is getting kinda late and I've got to get to bed sooner rather than later. I would also be happy if I could spend the night with you two." I ask.
Immediately, they give a "yes" with a smile.
"That's great! Let's head to my house now then!" (y/bff/n) says cheerfully.
When we get there, I change back into what I had on earlier and so does (y/bff/n).
The boys change in the bathroom.
They had clothes just in case, I guess.
(y/bff/n) and I wipe off our makeup and set up some air mattresses.
There are two queen-sized air mattresses, so the boys will have to share and (y/bff/n) and I will have to share.
We lay down and go to sleep for the night.
I am the first one to wake, so me being the person I am, I decide to make breakfast for everybody.
I make waffles, toast, and eggs.
When I go back upstairs to get everyone up, they are already out of bed, stretching.
"I made breakfast for everyone." I say and hop back into the kitchen.
This will be the first time any boy has tasted my cooking, and I am afraid.
I'm just a bit scared that they won't like it.
Soon enough, everybody trots down the stairs to eat some food.
I give everyone a plate and wait for response.
I know it's silly, but I can't help it!
Toby takes a bite of the waffle and tells me it's amazing!
Jeff is enjoying it, I can tell.
He's eating it so fast, he hardly has time to breathe!
(y/bff/n) looks at me with a strange look, shrugs her shoulders, and continues to eat her meal.
I'm surprised how much they liked it.
After breakfast, Jeff, Toby, and I had to leave because (y/bff/n) would have gotten into trouble if we had stayed any longer.
We decided to go on a small hike.
It was the most fun I've had in a while!
We kept getting lost, but eventually I found my house.
We parted ways and I got ready for Hell.
When I got there, I realized something...
Jeff is in my class?!?!
I ran up to him and asked, "Why didn't you tell me we were in the same class? Also, where's Toby?"
"I didn't even know until now. Also, Toby is homeschooled." he answers.
He seems disconnected from the world.
"Jeff, what's up? You don't seem the same as you were earlier."
"It's nothing."
"Jeff..."
"I just don't want to talk about it!" he shouts.
"That wasn't so hard, was it?" I say and walk back to my seat.
