It's Me! (A Five Nights at Freddy's 2 Story)

Chapter 20

Amanda pushed herself up against the wall, tears streaming down her face. Mangle stared at her, her face only a mere inches away from Amanda's. A noise like radio static was echoing throughout her hollow body.

"Get away!" Amanda cried, wondering if she should risk getting her foot bitten off by trying to kick Mangle away. Amanda shut her eyes, making a decision.

Amanda kicked her foot out, stomping on Mangle's hard metal foot. When Mangle's gaze flickered away from Amanda, even if it was just for a moment, Amanda took the chance and shoved Mangle away, placing her hand on Mangle's chin and pushing her head up.

Mangle reeled back and Amanda slipped past her. A loud thud was heard as Mangle crashed to the ground, momentarily stunned.

Amanda ran through the halls, her breath coming out in sharp gasps. That's it. As soon as I get out of here, I'm quitting this job. Amanda fell to her knees, a hand braced against the wall. That is, if I can get out. She shook her head, pulling herself to her feet. No, don't think like that. Of course I'll get out of here.

"Help!" she cried.

Amanda rounded a corner, her breath catching in her throat as she crashed into Jane. She felt a gust of air blast passed her as a dark red shape ran passed her.

"Amanda!" Jane cried, throwing her arms around her. Amanda started laughing a bit crazily, feeling happy that she felt safe for the time being.

"Let's get out of here, okay? Please!" Amanda begged, wriggling out of Jane's embrace and pulling her by her wrist. She tugged her towards the direction of the door.

"W-Wait a second!" Jane put the brakes on. "We can't leave Foxy!"

"F...Foxy?" Amanda said in disbelief. "You realize he's only a robot, right?"

"Animatronic," Jane corrected. "And yes, I do. But that's not all he is. He's also my friend. And friends don't get left behind."

"You're insane, you know?"

Jane laughed. "I know. Now let's go back. Please."

Amanda sighed and crossed her arms over her chest. "Ok, but I hope you realize you could be arrested. Foxy is property of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza."

"I realize. Thanks for the warning." Jane spun on her heel and started running back, abruptly ending the conversation.

Oh, kill me! Amanda screamed to herself. She ran after Jane. "Slow down! We can't all be as fast as the Flash!"

A/N: Another short update. ;^; Ahaha. =_= I am horrible. As I'm sure you can tell, this story is about to end.
But then, I said that in the other story, too, and it continued to go on for like, 20 more chapters. >.>
