"Love you like a love song baby."

Shailene's POV~

"Where the hell did I put my favorite shirt?" Theo shouts in frustration, I begin to laugh.

Today we are packing for our trip to see Theo's family before he begins his new project. His mother is so excited to see our little Luna and I can't wait to see his family.

"Maybe it's still in the dryer?" I ask, dressing Luna up in a light blue sundress and a white hat that covers her soft brown hair.

Theo runs downstairs and smiles when he finds the article of clothing. He claims that his concert t-shirt is lucky and that he has to wear it every time he flies on the plane. He has never forgotten it once and for that, I am amazed.

"You're the best." He chuckles and pecks my lips.

My cheeks turn rosy pink and I smile, finally happy for where I am in life. My attention turns towards my giggly, little girl who was sucking on her pacifier and starring at us.

"What is our Luna doing?" Theo exclaims, picking up our little peanut and tossing her gently into the air.

She erupts into a million of tiny baby laughs and a huge grin plasters onto Theo's face. This was going to be an amazing trip.

A sudden buzzing sound catches my ear and I furrow my eyebrows in confusion. I wasn't expecting anyone to call, perhaps it was Theo's? Maybe it's his director trying to contact him.

I grab his phone and am introduced to three text messages and one missed phone call from his co-star, Dakota Fanning.

"Babe?" I ask, puzzled as to why she was messaging him so many times.

"Yeah, what's up?" He enters the room with Luna, who is busy petting his chin.

I hand him the phone, slightly worried as to why she is trying to reach him. Perhaps, I am being silly about this. They only had one date and that was like three months ago.

Should I be stressing over this? Theo didn't seem mad when it was Lucas.

"That's strange. She just texted me saying we have to work on our scenes again. The director said it was perfect two days ago." Theo look genuinely confused, making me feel a little better.

So he doesn't see her in that kind of way. Good, nothing to worry about. Besides, we will be getting married soon and Dakota was the one who offered to plan my wedding shower anyways. She is an amazing person and I'm glad I'll get to know her more.

"Well, I will just travel with Luna myself and we will meet you at your parent's house. It's best to be safe to make sure everything is perfect in the scene. You know how movie critics are nowadays?" I smile, zipping up the final suitcase.

Theo immediately refuses my offer, "Nonsense. I'm not letting my fiancé and baby go on their own to my parent's house. They can wait until I get back, not my family." Theo tickles Luna and she squeals.

I let out a sigh of relief, thank goodness. I'm not usually good at flying and having the baby with me just by myself would have sent me into having a heart attack. Theo hands me Luna and takes our bags to the car. I bounce Luna on my hip, having her smile and enjoying the ride. Quickly, we meet Theo downstairs and I buckle her up into her car seat.

Theo and I climb into the front and I lay my head on his shoulder while he drives to the airport. Everything finally feels perfect. Theo and I are happy and for once there are no secrets. It's an open relationship and I couldn't ask for anything better. Soon, it will be our wedding and Luna will be one years old. Crazy how time flies.
