One Week Later: Christmas Eve: One Day 'Till Christmas:

It was Christmas Eve. As Maya and Riley walked to the subway, they saw people rushing around getting last minute things they needed. They always loved this time of year for many reasons.
1. They were in New York, how could they not?
2. They loved seeing all the lights and christmas trees.
3. They loved seeing all the people rushing around. Maya found it funny, and Riley just liked how people were getting stuff for other people.
They were coming from getting some hot chocolate at 7- eleven. They both agreed that 7-eleven had the best hot chocolate they've ever had. (A/N: it's so true and you know it 😉)
When they got home, they smelled something delicious, that wasn't their hot chocolate.
The saw Topanga taking something out of the oven.
"Hey, mom. What'd you make?" Riley asked.
"Christmas cookies" Topanga replied.
"Yum" Maya said. "Are they ready?"
"Not yet" Topanga replied. "But they will be in a minute" She sat down at the table and the girls joined her.
"So, who's coming tomorrow?" Riley asked.
"Your granparehts, your uncle Josh. The usual" Topanga replied.
"Uncle Josh you say?" Riley said as she looked at Maya. Riley was raising her eyebrows up and down.
"Please, I'm with Lucas now." Maya said.
"Does that mean you're over Josh?" Riley asked.
"Yeah" Maya replied.
"You haven't seen him since you and Lucas started dating. Just wait until tomorrow. We'll see what you're like then." Topanga joined In.
"Geez, it's liked you guys don't want me to be over him" Maya said.
"No that's not it" Riley said.
"It's just that-" Topanga cut herself off.
"Just like she said." Riley said, referring to Topanga. "You HAVEN'T seen him since you guys started dating. So we're just not sure if you're confusing your feeling just because you have a boyfriend" Riley said.
"Exactly" Topanga said. "Just because you have a boyfriend, doesn't mean you don't have at least a little bit of feelings for Josh."
Maya thought about what they just said. I'll just have to wait until tomorrow. But I'm pretty sure I'm over him, Maya thought.

Later That Night:

After dinner everyone gathered around the tree. Maya was spending the night with the Matthews. Her mom works on Christmas Eve. Maya didn't mind that much, though because she gets to spend Christmas day with her.
Each person took one present. They all knew what it was gonna be but they were still excited.
"I love it!" Riley said. They were pajamas. A onesie to be exact.
"A onesie?" Maya laughed after she took hers out of the wrapping. She liked it though.
"Yay, Maya, now we're matching!" Riley said.
"Thanks mommy, thanks daddy" Auggie said.
Topanga and Cory got pajamas for themselves.
After watching It's A Wonderful Life while eating some cookies and drinking got chocolate like they do every Christmas Eve, everyone went to bed excited for the next day. Even Maya. She never really got that excited for christmas. But she had a feeling this one was gonna be good.

-I feel sick. The place I was at for the last few days served really bad food. Not like undercooked or anything like that. But like cafeteria food sort of. It was just really bad and how my stomach hurts.

So once in a while I check through my whole story to see if you guys commented. And on the last chapter, I had 5 comments from RandomFandom197 and I didn't have any notifications that said I did. It's weird. Idk. Sorry for that rant lol.
