Chapter Forty-Two: SIX FLAGS!

A little while later they arrived at their hotel. They went in and Mrs. Friar checked them in. After, they all went up to the room. It was a decent size. There was two beds. The couch turns Into a bed so Lucas said he would take it.

They each had there own place to put their clothes. Maya and Lucas took the dresser and Mrs. Friar took the wardrobe thing.

They unpacked. They would go to six flags tomorrow. After unpacking, it was about 10:30 so they decided to go to bed so they could get an early start tomorrow.

The Next Day:

The next day all three of them woke up and got ready. They went downstairs and had breakfast. It was 9:00 so they had an hour to get to the park.

After breakfast they got In the car and started to drive to the park. They were gonna get there early but whatever.

The drive was about a half an hour so Maya and Lucas slept In the car to get an extra few minutes. Lucas sat in the front and reclined his chair. Maya laid on the chairs is the back.

The car drive was silent except for the radio because Maya and Lucas were sleeping.

"Were here" Mrs. Friar said when she parked.

Maya and Lucas woke up and got out of the car.

They got what they needed and went to the entrance. They waited online for what felt like forever but was only 15 minutes. It was empty right now. They got their season passes and went back to the car to wait for the park to open. At 9:58 they went back to the entrance and entered the park at exactly 10:00.

"So what ride first?" Maya asked.

"We should go Nitro since that line gets really long," Lucas replied.

"Alight. Lead the way," Maya said. Maya followed Lucas to Nitro since she never goes here and she doesn't know the way. They got on line and it was already more full then they executed it to be.

"I guess everyone else had the same idea," Lucas said.

"Yeah," Maya replied. Mrs. Friar wasn't with them. She never really liked roller coasters. So she decided she would drive them there and she would drive back to the hotel and would stay there.

Lucas took Maya's hand in his and lifted it up to his lips. He kissed it and Maya smiled. Maya was wondering how she was only fourteen and still so in love with this boy.

Neither of them liked PDA so they decided there would be no kissing in public. Unless it was somewhere private, of course.

They waited on line while they talked and when it was finally their turn, they got in the front and sat next to each other, of course. Two people sat next them.

"I'm nervous," Maya admitted. "I haven't been on a roller coaster since I was 9."

"You'll be fine. I'll be right here," Lucas said.

"Okay," Maya replied. She was still nervous. But she was excited. She was always too scared to ride Nitro. But today was the day.

"Here we go," Lucas said, as the ride started up.

"Oh boy," Maya said.

"What?" Lucas asked.

"Just a little nervous, that's all," Maya replied.
