When Jake dropped me off, I gave him a kiss on the cheek and went to my room. I took a warm shower and put on my pajamas. I went to sleep and made sure my phone was off so I wouldn't be disturbed.

I got up from bed, brushed my teeth, put on my makeup, my hot pink converse, my baggy gray "Blah Blah Blah" shirt, and my skinny jeans. For breakfast I had some Cinnamon Toast Crunch and grabbed my purple tote bag and left.
The entire walk there, I listened to some of my favorite songs, like "Heart Attack" by Demi Lovato and "22" by Taylor Swift. I started to sing along.
"Yeah, you, make me wanna act like a girl, paint my nails and wear perfume, yes, you, make me so nervous that I just can't hold your hand!" I sang, quoting Demi Lovato.
I reached Jake's house and knocked on the door. There was no reply. So I rang the doorbell. This time, Jake's mom answered the door.
"Hello. Why are you here?" said Jake's mom.
"Um..It's Emily. From kindergarten. I'm here to see Jake." I said, hoping that she would remember me.
"Oh, yeah! I remember you. Jake's in his room working on his writing. Go right in." She said while holding the door open for me.
I walked inside and looked all the beautiful decoration and all the pretty photos. As I walked up the stairs, I noticed a door with a sign on it that said "Jake" up ahead. That must have been his room, obviously. I went inside and what I saw was breathtaking.
