Chapter 13
"Oh, my!!" exclaimed my mother. She hadn't seen anything like it since that one day, back in my old school.
"How did this all happen?" she asked. See, she had probably expected everything to be handy-dandy-perfectly fine. But that's not how the story goes.
I explained the whole thing. That Cara was here in Florida, that I was hurt to the extreme. I put a lot of words into the explanation about Hunter and how he saved me from getting hurt even worse. After that, my mom was speechless.
"Sweetie, you need a rest after all that drama."
"No, mom. I'm fine. I'll just watch some YouTube." I refused to let her baby me. "I'm a teen, I can take care of myself."
"Oh, honey. I just don't want to see you hurt," she gave me a kiss on the cheek (ewww) and left me in my room.
I flipped open my laptop and opened up YouTube. I had recently subscribed to JoeyGraceffa, danisnotonfire, AmazingPhil, DailyGrace, KPopp, and Strawburry17. Joey, Grace, Meghan (Strawburry17), and sometimes KPopp, make daily videos, so I started to watch them every day. I don't know why, but watching other people's lives, I feel sort of better. I would assume it makes other people feel worse, but it distracts me from some of the bad stuff in my life.
I guess I'm kind of different that way. But I mean, aren't we all? WOAH WOAH! This story is getting deep. Never mind!
