I sat in a pitch black room, chains around my wrists. It was cold and damp, I had no idea where I was or what he wanted with me. I only knew he had kidnapped me that night from Dominic's room and told me that I was in big trouble for not keeping my mouth shut. I hear the door being unlocked and it opening, Alexander walks in with a plate of food. He throws it on the ground and kicks it towards me, causing the cup of orange juice to fall spilling everywhere.

"Oops, my bad. Have fun cleaning it up." He says to me. "After all you are the woman" when he said this I got mad but I didn't do anything, I just sat in the corner of the room hugging my knees to my chest. He said nothing but left after throwing a towel on the ground. I cover the spilt orange juice with the towel but I don't touch the food. For all I know he probably poisoned the food, I'm not taking that chance even if it means I starve to death. If he was going to kill me he would have to man up and do it himself like he did to my sister. I refuse to let him kill me like a coward by poisoning my food.

"He didn't poison the food, trust me. You're more useful alive than dead to him right now." One of the dark skinned, burly guards told me. I said nothing but grabbed a croissant and sniffed it before I took a very small bite. The croissant tasted as if it was homemade, it wasn't dry and flaky like a lot of croissants are. It was soft and melted in your mouth. I finished the croissant but I ate nothing else. The door opened again and the person standing in the doorway surprised me, what was he doing here? Standing right in front of me was the guy who my sister would hang out with in 7th grade, the guy who ditched her at Alexander's house, the guy who is really responsible for my sister's death, the guy who Sam beat up for saying I looked pathetic for crying about my sister. Standing in front of me right now was our school's quarterback, Elijah Ranchester. He looked down at me and laughed while he bent down and placed another cup of orange juice in front of me.

"I should have known Alexander would take you prisoner. You were so foolish to tell Sam and Elissa the whole story, and even more foolish to do it at your hang out tree. You took Alexander there before, you really think he wouldn't find you there? Oh wait, I forgot you didn't take Alexander there. You took Samuel there. The guy that doesn't exist. The guy that you dated all the way from 8th grade through sophomore year last year. The guy who caused every girl hate you because he chose you and not them." How did he know all of this? He scooted closer to me and put his finger on my chin forcing me to look in his eyes.

"Alexander may go easy on you since he is the least violent out of the group, but I won't hesitate to kill you if you act out in any way. Are we clear?" I said nothing but nodded.

"Get out of here Elijah. I told you she is mine to deal with. You go worry about the boy." Alexander said from the doorway. Elijah stood up and walked out of the room, leaving me and Alexander alone.

"I brought you some clothes to change into so you're not wearing just a T-Shirt." He said throwing me the outfit I was wearing yesterday. "When you finish getting changed, Julian will take you to the main hall. Hurry up, you know I don't like waiting." After he finished telling me my "orders" he walked out and closed the door behind him. He said something that I couldn't really understand to one of the guards who I guessed was Julian. When he walked away I stood up and slipped the jeans on before I changed the shirt. When I was done changing I shook the bars on the iron bar door letting Julian know that I was ready. They both turned around and the one who I'm guessing is Julian grunted, rolled his eyes, and opened the door letting me out. He grabbed my arm and dragged me along down the hall. Memories from that day came flooding back into my head and I did everything I could to fight the instincts that said to punch him, but it was too late. I was already in full swing.

"Don't grab me by the arm and drag me I can walk by myself!" I screamed at Julian who was now on the ground.

"Well, you've gotten a lot feistier since we last saw each other." Alexander said to me. "Remember dear, it's not lady like to fight."
