♥The Summer of Fifteen♥

Ella's POV

                           The counselors told us it was time for free swim. I always loved free swim because all of my friends and I would play games. But right at this moment, they are all in the deep end of the pool while Blake and I are in the shallow end of the pool talking. I am trying to make the best out of the last day of camp. I might never get another chance to hang out with a guy like this ever again. We spent the time talking and playing games and talking about how school is going to be starting in a few weeks and how we weren't going to see each other again. Just thinking of the thoughts of not being able to see Blake once school started made me a little sad. I mean we have really bonded over the past week. He started to seem less like a friend and more of like a brother to me. But my crush keeps getting bigger and bigger as the days go on. I am still left with the question on why Blake and Matt broke up. Was it my fault again? Was I getting in the way of their relationship? There were just so many questions going through my head.

                          I just decided to forget them by putting the questions in the back of my head trying to forget them. But I know that they are going to still haunt me no matter what. The counselors told us to get out of the pool and go back to the park. I started to walk with Blake by my side toward the grass where our towels were. Matt was looking at me while giving me a dirty scowl. I don't understand why he is so mad at me. All I did was hang out with his ex-boyfriend. He broke up with Blake. He must think that it is my fault. I was doing all that thinking when Blake started to talk to me. 

                         "Ella, can you text me after camp? I have something really important to tell you." 

                         Important? This could mean something! When we were talking earlier when he didn't want to tell me why Matt and him broke up. Maybe he is going to make his move on me! I might finally get a chance to date a guy! I am so happy!!!!!!!!!!!!

                       "Yeah, sure Blake," I said with excitement. 

                       "I'll meet you when you come out of the pool house okay." Blake said.

                       "Okay." I said still with excitement.

                        I can't wait until after camp to hear Blake say those prized words "I like you". This is going to br great!
