-I've finally got your present ready, Chlo x-
-Yay! I've got something for you too x-
Beca and Chloe had missed their six month anniversary celebrations due to various work commitments, so they were celebrating it along with their seven month anniversary instead.
The brunette had been working tirelessly on her gift for almost two months- ensuring that she was satisfied with it. The night before, she had wrapped it up in brown paper and tied it with a silk, red ribbon. Her heart beat fast as she pulled the ribbon tighter; she was nervous.
The redhead meanwhile, had been working on her gift for roughly three or four months. She had thought of the idea a long time ago, and was waiting for the perfect opportunity to give something like that to Beca; she decided that their six month anniversary was the best time to do it.
-I'm home x-
Beca messaged Chloe as she walked through the door, coming home from work in the late evening. Not long after the text had been sent, a bundle of red hair and energy came bounding down the stairs.
'Hey you', Chloe beamed when she gave her girlfriend a welcoming hug.
'Hey', Beca smiled into the auburn locks surrounding her.
'I made you something to eat before you open your present'
'Is it m-'
'It's mac and cheese'
Beca's eyes rolled back into her head in practically-orgasmic pleasure. 'Yesssss. I love you'

After she had finished eating, Beca ventured upstairs to freshen up and to fetch Chloe's gift. She made her way back to the lounge, then took a seat next to Chloe, who had her legs crossed on the sofa.
The redhead shuffled around so that they were both facing each other. Next, she reached behind her back for a present wrapped in deep rouge paper and finished with a neatly-tied, silver ribbon. She placed it in Beca's hands, and give the girl a kiss on the cheek.
'Happy seven months', she said cheerily, waiting for the wrapping paper to be torn open.
The brunette flashed her a smile, then tore at the corners of the wrapping paper. When all the paper had been removed, a photo album was revealed. On the front cover was a picture of the couple that was taken a few months ago while they were on a date. Beca had her arm around Chloe's waist and was looking into the camera; Chloe meanwhile was looking at her girlfriend's smile.
Beca warmed at the sight of the picture. After taking it in for a few seconds, she turned over the cover of the album. She couldn't believe what she was seeing.
On the first page were individual pictures of her and Chloe on their first day of college, and littered around them were snippets of the Bellas flyer Aubrey and Chloe were handing out to everyone at the activities fair.
'How did you get this?', Beca asked.
'I found your picture in one of your old boxes from your dad's, and I kept one of the flyers in my journal'
The next page held a group picture of the Bellas from one of their first rehearsals, with Beca and Chloe stood next to each other; the redhead had her arm around the shorter girl's waist, and appeared to be the polar opposite of her.
'If you look close enough at my eyes', Beca whispered, 'You can see how pissed off I was with Aubrey that day'
Chloe laughed loudly, because Beca was in fact throwing a deathly-cold stare towards the blonde on the other side of her.
