A/N: Hey guys, I know the last chapter was crappy, but I had to write it like that in order to write what I'm about to write. I Hope you like this chapter. Oh, by the way I changed characters. Skylar is now played by Elizabeth Gillies (Liz Gillies or some may have known her for playing Jade on Victorious) and Cheryl Cole is Avery's mother and John Abraham is Avery's dad.....

OKAY..that's it here's chapter 16

Avery

I immediately got out of my car and went out to look to see if there was any damage done to the car. "Miss, are you alright?" a voice said behind me. "Yes, I'm fine. It's just my tires, I think it's time I've changed them." I lied. "Your tires look perfectly fine, have you been drinking tonight?", "No, why would I?" I asked as I turned around to see his badge on his uniform. "No, officer. I haven't." I replied. "So you wouldn't mind if I gave you an escort back home?" He asked, "It might be a long escort, since I don't live in California." I replied. "Visiting?" He asked. "You could say that." I replied. "You do realize, your car ran off the road and I'm suppose to believe everything's alright?" He asked. "No, sir." I muttered. "Okay, I'll let you off with a warning. You don't seem to be drunk and I'm going to trust you on this one. Be careful out there on the road, wouldn't want anyone getting hurt now would we?" He asked with a grin and went back into his car and drove off. I've been driving for an hour now and I was nowhere near back home. I was a bit worried though, my dad's text looked kind of important. Hopefully, something bad hasn't happened or maybe he's just upset I left without telling anyone. I might as well call just to tell him it would take awhile, I grabbed my phone out of my car and called him. "Hello?", "Yeah, hi dad." I replied. "Where the hell are you, you don't go running offI know, I know, like that. I'm on my way home, okay? It's just gonna take a few hours." I replied. "A few hours? Where are you? I'll come and get you." He replied, "Don't worry about it, just know that I'm coming home.", "-Avery", I hung up. I opened my car door and started the car and drove from off the side of the road and got of at the nexr exit and continued my way back to Nevada.

Alex

"No, I'm not with her-"

"Then where the hell is she?"

"At this point, she could be anywhere now."

"How did you lose her, you were suppose to get her, this isn't part of the game."

"-Are you listening to me, Alex?"

"Yes, I'm listening."

"Good, Now, you have to get her before Jason realizes what's going on."

"I'm pretty sure he already knows what's going on."

"Really? Then why hasn't he come running to kill you for messing with his girl?"

"Jason's smarter than that, I don't think he'd come running to me so easily."

"You better hope not."

"It's getting late, I'm gonna go."

"Same time tomorrow, okay?"

"Alright, whatever, bye."

"Interesting phone call there." A voice said behind me. I chuckled, "Isn't it always when were dealing with her.", "Ya know, you don't have to put up with her, pushing you around like that", "I know.", "Why are you here?" I asked getting a bottle of water out the fridge. "I know we haven't been the closest ever since-", "Sarah, what makes you think I'm still in love with her?-", "Because she was she was special to you.", "Maybe I found someone different-" I responded turning my face away from him. "Really?-" He asked getting up, "-Tell me about her" he continued. "Well her hair, is red for starters. Her lips, God there so soft. Her face is perfect, and her eyes. Her body, is...it's just different from the rest. Damn, you don't know how badly I wish I could've fucked her right then and there." I responded as he came charging towards me. "Not so fun when it's your girl, huh Jason?", "You stay the hell away from her-", "Kinda hard when we both look alike, only way the either one of us would get her is is the other died.-", "You were close to dying-", "Yeah, but I'm not dead so good luck with that.", "God, you haven't changed.", "But I see you have, your all sweet now what the hell happened to the badass you were?", "Don't call me sweet.", "Okay, do you prefer nice or good?", "Just stay the hell away from Avery.", "I wasn't going to hurt her in the first place, Jason. She's the main key to this game.". "I know, I know.", "However, killing you isn't an option anymore-", "Why's that?", "Because, believe it or not Avery is the only thing keeping you alive right now." I replied. "-Well, I'm not so sure about that now. She seems pretty pissed off at the both of us.", "Ah God, Alex what the fuck man.", "Where do you think she is?", "Probably on her way back to Nevada, but it's probably best I stay here since I'm still on the run for 'killing' Skylar.", "Your pretty clever than I thought Jason, how did you actually cover up that whole thing anyway?, "My secret remains a secret."

Skylar

                                                                                                                                                      June 25th, 2013

This was all a test.

Everything.

The 'kill'

The 'funeral'

It's all a game.

Surprised no one's catched on yet.

Jason and Alex are the only ones that know.

It's funny actually,

Avery is closer than ever to finding out.

She too could be apart of this game.

But it's too dangerous, I don't think she's ready.

It doesn't make sense does it?

Pretending to be dead and out to kill people?

It's best to stick to your vision, but adapt to your plan

Maybe, others wouldn't end up dying one by one

Or hopefully those who remain standing finds the true meaning beyond this secret

Besides, if you connect the dots you'll find out One Way or Another.
