I rekindled my angry spirit as The Joker looked me in the eye, grasping my hand and moving me with him to the battlefield to fight. My memory quickly started to fade from the things I learned from Batman. Everything I had known in the time he had kept me I quickly forgot. I couldn't even remember who he or Robin was. Maybe it was for the best. I run in front of The Joker, turning back and smiling at him.
"I'm ready to fuck that bitch up!" I say, clasping my fists together with all my might. I start throwing some playful punches at the air, pretending it was Batman.
The Joker looks down at me and laughs, showing off his evil grin. It feels good to be reunited with him. It feels like it was been forever.
We both laughed together, and as we walked out of the building. Batman and Robin was standing there, having beat all of the henchmen that were supposed to be kicking their asses. They were all lying on the ground, blood everywhere.
Batman and Robin stood over them, with stern looks on their faces. They both looked at me, realizing that I knew what had happened. I was overly pissed. More than ever.
We all stood there in silence, with the soft giggle of The Joker overlapping the silence.
"So. You know." Batman said calmly.
I nod, giving him an angry face.

"I hope you know that what I did, I did it to help you. I know how your life will turn out if you continue this path and I just wanted you to make sure that you use yourself for good." He said.
I place my hand on my shoulder and smirk at him.

"Well sorry to say Bats, but I'm perfectly alright with this life." I assure him.
"I don't care if you're alright with it. What you're doing is murder! This is an act of terrorism and crime! This isn't good for anyone." He says, slowly moving towards me.
"I'm going to give you some time to think over your life of shit and you'll be back." He finishes, as the two of them return to their vehicles. Robin gives me a weird look, almost a desperate look. I pick up a large rock on the ground, throwing it at the bat mobile.
"Leave us alone!" I yell, hitting the hood of his car as he drives away.
"I should follow them and kill them." I say, glaring down their vehicles as they drive away out of sight.
The Joker places a hand on my shoulder,
"It's alright, the important thing is that you're back." He says "I can't do this all by myself, you know." He finishes, giving me a crooked smile.

"I know!" I smile at him and laugh a little.
"I'm sure you're exhausted, why don't we head back home." He says.

-At Home a couple hours later-

"So, did anything interesting happen while I was gone? How long was I even gone for?" I say to Joker.
"About a week, I searched all over the city for you, but I couldn't for the life of me find you. He had you hidden well. Bats stayed out of my way the whole time, probably to work on whatever he was doing to you." Joker frowns, and sits back on a chair, resting his legs on a table in front of him, playing with a deck of cards all containing Joker cards.

I sigh, "Yeah, I guess." I say, reaching for one of the cards, shuffling it around in my palm.
"I'm sure you could use some rest, you've probably had a long day." He says to me with a smile.
"Ah, yeah and same for you." I say with a giggle.
I walk to the back room where the bedroom is located and change into some shorts and a tank-top, lying down on the bed. Joker comes in the room wearing just shorts and lies down on the other side of the bed.

A couple minutes pass and I look over at Joker.
"Hey...." I whisper.
He tilts his head over slightly, acknowledging that I spoke to him.
"Mhhmm?" He whispers back.
"Thank you." I finish, and turn back over.

He turns to face me and gives me a hug from behind.
"You're my devious sidekick, I couldn't be as bad as I am now without your help." He says, giving me a little kiss on the back of my head.
"Goodnight" I whisper, blushing.
"Goodnight " he replies.

...what a long day.
