Chapter 13

Jimins Pov

Hyunwoo pulls up to my old house and I rush in after tell hyunwoo to wait.

"Dad! Are you here??! Hello?!"

No answer. My phone rings, shit it's him! I answer quickly

"Dad where are you?!"

"Jimin-ah! Your grandfather had an accident! So... I'm taking over at winner!" He says

"What !? Wait? So you're the CEO !? Wait that doesn't matter. What hospital is grandpa at?!" I ask

"The one closest to winner. I have no clue what it's called, but jim-"

"I'm heading to the hospital right now" I hang up

"Dads in the hospital!" Minseok yells

"No no. Grandpa is..." We rush back to the car

"You mean moms dad?"

"Yeah. The rich one. I guess there was no one else to take over so dad is now the CEO of winner."

"We're rich now!" Minseok yells

"Really that's all you're thinking about." I sigh

Hyunwoo chuckles in the front seat.

In a little while we arrive at the hospital and we rush to the ER. I go up to the desk and ask the lady if he's okay.

"He's in surgery right now. I'm not sure what his status is." She says " please sit and wait."

My phone suddenly rings. I planned to ignore it but Minseok nudges me. I take it out of my pocket and sit down.

The director

I don't have time for him. Maybe I'll just tell him I can't make it. I answer it .

"Hello?" I say

"Not coming?" He asks

"I can't make it...I'm at the hospital and so-"

"Are you hurt?"

"No I'm fine. It's one of my family members..."

I just noticed that I'm trying really hard to hold my tears in. Like in front of Minseok... I have to be a good example.

"What hospital?"

"Seoul hospital..."

"I'm coming"

"Wai-"

He hung up! No, wait ! He can't come here! Oh whatever. I put my phone back in jacket and put my face in my hands. Since dad is taking is over... Is it permanent? Or is it just temporary? Ah whatever!

10 minutes later

Someone shakes my shoulder.

"Someone with green hair is staring at you." Minseok says

I look up.

"Director..." I get up and walk over to him

"Just call me hyung." He embraces me in a hug, something I really needed.

I hug back.

"Hyung." My voice starts to crumple

"Cry it out jiminie."

I don't even have time to stop him from calling me that. The tears start to fall and I hide my face in his shoulder. After a few minutes I regain myself.

"Thanks for coming." I mumble

"Jimin!"

Shit, my dad... Wearing a suit... Was he at the company! Instead of here? Seriously! He could have went tomorrow! I step out of the hug and go over to my dad.

"Why were you at the company instead of here!" I ask

"They said if I wanted to I had to go immediately or else your uncle would get it." My dad says

"Oh. Well I guess it's good he didn't get it." I laugh

My dad plops down on a chair.

"Who's this?"

"My-"

"Boyfriend. Nice to finally meet you." Yoongi hyung bows

My dads eyes widened. "Jimin you're gay?"

"N-no! I-"

"Family of Park Woo Young?" A doctor says

"Yes?" I say

"We have some bad news." 2 doctors walk over

Oh god, he's dead ! Why! Why! Wait, by the way why isn't my other family members here...?

"He passed away during surgery. I'm sorry we did our best."

I run my hand through my hair.

"Can we see him?" My dad asks

"Of course."

Time skip to after we see him

We leave the hospital with my dad calling all of the family members telling them the bad news.

"You can go home now." I look up at Yoongi

"Come with me? I made dinner..." He says

"Actually yeah... I'll take you up on that."

He takes my hand and intertwines our fingers. We both smile and he leads me over to his car....
