Chapter 11
City Jump
Batcave (Tim Burton (1989)/Christopher Reeve and Brandon Routh (1978) Mixed Earth)
Batman (1989) and Superman (1978) were in the Batcave. They were watching the monitor screen as Green Lantern (Ryan Reynolds) flew up to the sky.
"We need to go to Coast City. Perhaps he could help us." Superman (1978) stated.
"We don't even know who he is. We can't trust him." Batman (1989) replied. "We don't know if we could beat him if he's with Brainiac."
Superman (1978) step forward towards Batman (1989). The Batcave started to shake. Heavy boulders hit the ground after they fell from the ceiling of the cave.
"I'm pretty sure I can beat him." Superman (1978) stated.
"Fine." Batman (1989) stated. "Get in the car."
Batman (1989) led Superman (1978) to the Batmobile which was on a different platform from where they were on. Batman (1989) hopped in the driver's seat as Superman (1978) got in the passenger seat. After, Batman (1989) opened up the garage to the Batcave and drove to Coast City (Ryan Reynolds). The Batmobile was able to transform into a Batplane. So they flew to Coast City.
Before they arrived in Coast City, they had to drive through the new Gotham City (Dark Knight). As they were driving through the polluted air of the new Gotham City (Dark Knight), a rocket flew through the clouds and hit the right wing of the Batplane. The right wing caught on fire, and eventually diminished.
The Batplane started dropping from the skies. Batman (1989) was able to control the plane so it wouldn't hit any buildings or civilians. When the Batplane hit the ground, Batman (1989) and Superman (1978) got out of it. When they got out of the totaled Batplane, they were met by Nightwing (Dark Knight) and James Gordon (Dark Knight). Nightwing (Dark Knight) was holding a rocket launcher while James Gordon (Dark Knight) was pointing an automatic AR 15 at Batman (1989) and Superman (1974).
"You're not Batman. Who the hell are you?" Nightwing (Dark Knight) questioned.
"I'm from the other Gotham. I'm not this city's Batman." Batman (1989) stated, he pointed to Superman (1978), "He's from Metropolis. Why the hell did you shoot down my plane?"
"I didn't know who the hell you were. You could've been dropping bombs in my city for all I knew." Nightwing (Dark Knight) said.
"Well I didn't." Batman (1989) replied. "What if I shot down you damn city?"
Nightwing (Dark Knight) decided to swing at Batman's (1989) chestplate. Nightwing hit his stomach but Batman (1989) didn't move at all. Nightwing (Dark Knight) kicked a roundhouse towards Batman's (1989) chest. Batman (1989) still wasn't effected. Then, Batman (1989) grabbed Nightwing (Dark Knight) by his neck and held him up high. Nightwing (Dark Knight) started gagging.
James Gordon (Dark Knight) opened fire on Batman (1989). The shots just bounced off of Batman's (Dark Knight) armor. Superman (1978) threw James Gordon's (Dark Knight) AR 15 towards a building. After Superman (1978) grabbed Batman (1989) by the arm he was holding Nightwing (Dark Knight) by.
"Let him down. We don't need to be enemies with them. They could be our allies." Superman (1978) commanded Batman (1989). Batman (1989) dropped Nightwing (Dark Knight).
"We need to get to Coast City. And after you shot down our plane, you're going to give us something to bring us there." Batman (1989) commanded.
"Why would we give you something?" Nightwing (Dark Knight) asked.
"You saw what I did to you, boy. I recommend you give us something to get to Coast City, or I won't hold back this time." Batman (1989) said. "We aren't each other's enemies. The machine doing this to our worlds are. I'm not from this Gotham, and neither is my friend; to fix this, we need to get back to our home worlds. And to do that we need to go to Coast City."
"I'll get you air transportation, only on one condition, we get to help; I don't like my fate being in someone else's hands." Nightwing (Dark Knight) said. James Gordon (Dark Knight) put his hand on Nightwing's (Dark Knight) shoulder.
"John, are you sure you trust them?" James Gordon (Dark Knight) asked.
"Doesn't matter. If they are telling the truth, we need to help." Nightwing (Dark Knight) said. "We get to go with you."
"That's fine." Batman (1989) replied.
"Now, where is this air transportation?" Superman (1978) asked.
