Brainiac's Skull Ship

Batman and the Flash were on Brainiac's Skull Ship. They had no idea how to defeat Brainiac or how to even locate him. Batman and Flash were still the size of an Atom. They had found out that Brainiac had destroyed all the Defense Worlds and that they had to hurry or else Brainiac would win. Batman and the Flash had tried to search everywhere they could but the Skull Ship was too big. The two hacked into a computer on the Skull Ship but couldn't triangulate the real Brainiac's position.

"This isn't going to work. We need to grow back to normal size." The Flash said to the Dark Knight. "If we don't, we'll never be able to stop him or even find him!"

"If we do that, Brainiac detects us. I have an idea though." Batman replied.

"Spit it out, knowing you, this idea might actually help us." The Flash commanded.

"The Justice League, our Justice League got captured. Something tells me that they're being held here. Maybe we should try and free them. You and I stand no chance against Brainiac. But with the League, we might very well be unstoppable." Batman explained his plan.

"The League couldn't take Brainiac on before. What makes you think we could take him on now?" The Flash asked.

"The League couldn't take on Brainiac's Skull Ship, sure, but now we are dealing with Brainiac himself. I know we've never met the real Brainiac but he won't be as powerful as his Skull Ship." Batman said.

"We can't find Brainiac. He's only one person. I doubt we'll be able to find a whole team." The Flash said.

"We don't need to find them. I already know where they are." Batman corrected Flash, "While searching through Brainiac's Files, I found out where he was keeping the League and where to get there. He's holding them in a Prisoner Room. Maybe we could free them and maybe some other beings and take down Brainiac."

"Lets go to the Prisoner Room then." The Flash said.

Batman and the Flash headed to the Prisoner Room. When they got to the Prisoner Room, they found many cryotubes holding dozens of different humans, presumably from different earths.

"Holy crap." The Flash said. "There's so many."

"We free them all. They'll want to take down Brainiac after what he did. First we find where our friends though." Batman said.

The two, still subatomic and in their Atom suits, looked for their friends. The Justice League was in the back of the room. They were frozen in ice in cryotubes.

"Grow to normal size and free them." Batman commanded.

Batman and Flash grew to their normal sizes. When they grew to their normal sizes, they freed the Justice League and alarms went off. Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern Hal Jordan, Cyborg, Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern John Stewart, and Shazam were freed. Batman went over to Superman, who didn't look as strong as he should.

"Clark, you're free." Batman said.

"Bruce? How'd you get here?" Superman asked faintly.

"We just did. Brainiac's bots are coming and Flash and I need you guys to get ready. We can't take them on alone." Batman said.

"What do you need us to do?" Green Lantern Hal Jordan asked.

"Free everyone who's in a cryotube, we're going to send this Skull Ship to hell." The Flash said.

Green Lantern Hal Jordan and Green Lantern John Stewart started blasting open cryotubes with green blasts from their Power Rings. Wonder Woman started breaking the glass on the cryotubes with her fists along with Superman. Cyborg shot blue blasts at the cryotubes and Shazam ripped them open. Martian Manhunter used his laser vision to open the cryotubes up too.

The prisoners of Brainiac were freed. Once they were freed, about fifty Brainiac Bots arrived. The old prisoners, not even knowing each other knew they all wanted the same thing, to take down Brainiac and get off his damn Skull Ship. The prisoners and the Justice League got in fighting stances.

"Now, it's time to bring the fight to them." Wonder Woman said.

"Agreed.'' Martian Manhunter replied.
