Skylar smirked at my little outburst and wanting to talk about the training session right away.
"Ah yes, that." He said. "I will be charging you 30 bucks a session."
"What!"
He's got to be kidding I can't spend that much a week. My mum will kill me. I knew this was to good to be true. I don't think it's to late to back out now I'll just say no and walk away.
"Skylar stop messing with her. You're going to give her a heart attack." Skylar smirked and chuckled at my reaction. I'm beginning to hate that smirk of his.
"He's only kidding Stevie he likes to make jokes and scare people. He's doing this for free." Oh thank the lords. I let out an awkward laugh and looked away. Man, what kind of joke was that.
"Oh okay that's good. Why is it free if that's okay to ask?" I tilted my head to the side finding it odd that a stranger is willing to help a girl lose weight without any money involved.
"Originally you were going to pay for this but I blackmailed him into helping you out for free." She said proudly flicking her hair back.
"Oh what was the blackmail about?" I asked. She smirked looking at Skylar knowingly and she was about to tell me until he placed his hand over her mouth startling me.
"If you don't plan on dying anytime soon I suggest you keep your mouth shut do you understand." He growled. Lisa started to laugh but was muffled since skylar's hand was still over her mouth. She didn't look at all frightened while I was over here trying not pee myself from his intimidating action. He removed his hand and she continued to giggle.
"It's not important." She said examining her manicure. Well alrighty than. I honestly didn't want to know anymore.
Skylar rolled his eyes looking bored. "So back to the training, I don't have all day I have things to do, more important than playing tea party with you." Geez. Impatient much.
"Yes I am," He said folding his arms. "Got a problem with that, kid?"
Oops did I say that out loud. "N-no of course not." I said nervously. I took a deep breath to calm myself. "So I was wondering if we can change the work out dates." He looked at me and raised an eyebrow.
"Lisa said you would ask that." He looked at me intensely. "But I want to know why."
I blushed looking at Lisa for some help. She was no help at all because she just tilted her head to the side signaling me to just tell him the truth.
"I just don't feel comfortable working out in front of people.""That sucks I'm not changing the dates." He said smirking.
"Why not?" I'm asking nicely how inconsiderate can he be.
"Because I said so. It's my time you're wasting here. I don't have to do this, but I am, so don't try to push your luck kid."
"I'm not a kid." I'm getting really annoyed of this guys attitude.
"Yes you are. And while I'm at it. Why do you need my help to lose weight? Is there an actual reason why you're doing this? Do you want to look like the girls at school?"
"No of course not." I'm having a bad feeling about this.
"If it's not that then what's the reason? Are your trying to impress a guy at school,is that it?" I blushed and bit my lower lip. He figured it out.
"Ahh that's it right?" He chuckled like some evil monster then stopped and became serious again. What is wrong with this guy?
"Well let me be the first to tell you that you're wasting your time. He won't be interested." He clenched his hand making a fist. I flinched at his last sentence.
"I'm not helping a stupid little kid lose weight because she wants her stupid crush to notice her. It's fucking pointless. He will never like you. You losing weight won't ever grab his attention. You will never be pretty enough for him and he will never fall in love With you!" He practically growled. "It's. Never. Going. To. Happen."
I was stunned and heartbroken at his words. He doesn't even know me at all and for him to say that left me speechless. He has no idea what I'm going through.
He was breathing heavy too. And Lisa was just sitting there with her mouth open and her eyes wide. The waiter finally came with our drinks looking a bit worried about Skylars outburst and wasn't sure what to do.
Then all of a sudden I became furious. And fed up with his attitude. I wasn't sure what compelled me to do it but I took my glass of water from the waiters tray, got up, and poured it down Skylars head. And stormed out.
