Chapter FIVE

-Chapter 5-

My phone buzzed, starting me. "Yes? This is Brook."

"Brook? Come quick! I need you to go to the medow. NOW," Parkers urgent voice trailed. He sounded worried.

"On it." I jumped off my car, and ran out to the woods. 'Come on!' I thought. I was in the meadow in seconds. Parker was waiting with Al.

"NO!"Al screeched. "AH! GET!! HELP!" Her face was pale and she was lying on her back. "ARRG!" She claded at the ground and screemed.

"What is wrong with her!" I yelled at Parker. What had he done?

"I didn't do anything, but I need you to come with me." He looked at me and held his hand out. "Leave her."

"Are you a crack head? She's my sister!" My insides began to vibrate and by the time I walked up to Al, I was about to scream myslef. "Are you oskay, Al?" No awser. her eyes closed and she looked far off.

"You have to come or she'll rip you apart! Get outta here!" Parker was sceaming in my ear and tugging at my arm. "You have to come!"

"NO! You know I thought I was bonkers, but I was wrong. YOU are!" My voice was becoming hoarse and I new it would be gone tomorrow. Tears made there way down my face. I didn't care. Looking at Alex, I felt fear. I would not lose her.

"Brooklyn Jane Aarons. She is a Vampire. You have to come with me. Now." Parkers voice was barley a whisper and I could hardly tell if he was talking, let alone hear him. Al kept up a constent screem and them she froze, in mid-screem. Bad sign anyday.
