Chapter 29

 2 years later...

 Arizona's POV

    Callie and I have been happily remarried for two years now. Sofia is now 8 years old and in the third grade. She's such a big girl now. Before we know it, she'll be in high school and then college. Speaking of children, Callie and I had a second child last month. It's a boy! We named him Mark Derek Torres-Robbins, in honor of our two beloved friends we have lost. May they rest in peace. 

    Callie is now the chief of surgery. That's right, the chief of surgery! Bailey stepped down two weeks ago and nominated Callie for the job. She was nervous because she was chief for a few days awhile back, but wasn't the most skilled at it. I reassured her of how much growth she's made as a doctor over the years. Callie deserves the position. She's such a hardworking, kind, smart, and excellent doctor. 

    Now you're probably wondering what's been going on with everyone else, so I'll tell you. Alex and Jo got married two months ago, Owen and Amelia hit their one year anniversary just yesterday, Webber is enjoying retirement and still visits quite frequently, Bailey is now the sole owner of the hospital, Meredith is still single but is really happy spending time with her kids and working, Jackson and April worked out their marriage, and Stephanie is now a first year attending. 

    I'm truly proud of everything that we've accomplished. As a group, we've been through so much together, but we got through it. Not every hospital has close knit doctors like us and for that I am truly blessed. I can't wait to see what the rest of our lives hold for us. Hopefully a lot of good things.
