Y/N POV
I know I'm going to have to tell my dad, but I just don't know how he's going to act. Hopefully he acts okay, or I don't know what I'd do. Suddenly, I didn't think we should tell him. "So, I was thinking, when can I meet your parents?" Stuart said snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Uh...." I couldn't answer. I know what I wanted to say but the words wouldn't come out of my mouth.
"I don't think 'uh...' Is a certain time or place." He says doing that annoyingly cute smirk he always does.
"Erm, tonight at my house." The words were flying out of my mouth before I could catch them.
"Just so I can be prepared, what type of guy is your dad?" Stuart said scratching his neck.
"What do you mean?" I asked confused.
"Like is he the business, fun, or social type of guy?" He says worrying.
"Hey, don't get all worked up about it. Calm down, be yourself and everything will be fine." I said holding in my laugh.
"Isn't that what they say in all of the movies and the dad ends up hating the boyfriend?" I quietly let out my laughter. "It's not funny, I'm serious." He says frowning.
"Well, this isn't a movie, or a book, or a reality show, this is just two life. Okay?" I'm actually going through with this, and I don't hate it. Maybe it won't be bad.
"What should I wear? Should I style my hair differently? What if he doesn't like me? What if-"
"You're starting to sound like a teen girl."
"Me, Stuart the badass, the player, the only one who-"
"Yup, rings a bell." I said smirking.
"My girlfriend is also my bully." Is it just me, or has Stuart changed since we started dating? It's not that it's bad, it's actually good. I kinda, maybe, really really like it, he's adorable.
"I'll text you the details later, now let's just focus on now." I said and he looked at me normally. "Wanna go to the library?"
"I would, but I'm not a nerd." I spoke too soon.
"Says the one who is actually trying to work at, hmm what's this place called again? Isn't it, Google?" I asked with a serious face, this is the best acting yet... just kidding my best acting was when I said I didn't like Stuart.
"Ha ha. You think you're so funny don't you?"
"Actually I don't." He gave me a questioning look. "I think I'm hilarious." I said starting to laugh.
He gave me the warning look. "You have three seconds." I started to run. "Three." He shouted without counting one or two.
I quickly turned my head and shouted "That's not fair! You have to count one a-" I was cut off when I ran into somebody's chest. I turned my head. "Sorry. I didn- oh hi dad...and Y/C/N. when did you guys start hanging out." Stuart saw I was uncomfortable and came up to me and put his arm around me, but that made me more uncomfortable.
"Who's this Y/N?" he said gesturing to Stuart.
"Why is the owner of Google talking to us?" Stuart whispered to me, but I just ignored him because he was going to find out sooner or later.
"This is Stuart my boyfriend." They shook hands. "And Stuart, this is my father." He got this scared look on his face.
"So, uh, Stuart right?" he nodded. "Why don't you come over for dinner today?"
