Procure yourself a clear container: a bowl, jar or glass – avoid plastic. I use a huge, glass jar with a built in spigot – see photo to the left. I purchased the jar at Bed, Bath & Beyond. A large mason jar works well too. Fill it with water of your choice: spring, filtered, distilled or tap water. You can bless the water with sage, then close your eyes and charge the water with your intent. What do you desire?Take the container filled with water outside to the clearest area you can find, unobstructed by overhanging trees and other things. Make sure this area will be undisturbed. It's even better if this area is special to you, like a sacred space. Set the container down and let the moon do her thing... infuse the water with lunar energy. If you like, you can add some frills: surround the bowl with crystals, gemstones, statues, flowers, incense, etc...
