Step 1: Start with an alphabet grid, arrange the letters however you'd like (QWERTY, ABC, some other variation of your own preference).
Step 2: Trace the words of your intention over the grid, circling/marking the start letters. In this case, I'm using "I am calm" as an example. The more complex your intention, the more complex the final sigil will be so keep that in mind.
Step 3: Tweak the angles and placements slightly to your liking, and you're done!
