I heard the screams of my friends "Armin?"

Armin Pov

"Hey! What's wrong Armin?!" I heard Connie ask me. "You with me?! You okay?!" "Are you alright? Where is your squad? Why are you by yourself? Plus you're all wet and slimey.....what the hell happened?" Oh right. All the things that happened are coming back to me. Eren. Mina. Thomas. My comrades "AHHHHHHHHHH. YOUR SO USELESS! JUST DIE ALREADY"

"Woah Woah calm down Armin. Damn it" said Connie. "Where is everyone?" -"give it a rest Connie" I heard Ymir say. "They've been wiped out. All but him." "Shut up Armin hasn't said anything!" Connie protested. "Just look around. It's obvious. We don't have anymore time to waste on him." Connie looked at Ymir "then why is he the only one that's okay?". "Beats me. Maybe they thought that he was a corpse? It sucks that they ran into multiple titans and that only this underachiever made it out alive. Eren and the others worked hard for nothing" Ymir stoped talking.

"You B*tch. Want me to make it so you never talk again?!" Connie threatened. "Stop it you two! We're all shaken up here! All our friends are suddenly dying left and right! It's natural we're upset!" Christa says "that's my Christa. Marry me when this is over" Ymir says while hugging Christa.

"She is clowning around more than usual. Anyways we can't stay here. Can you stand Armin?" Connie asked me, I stood up "sorry for the trouble. I'll rendezvous with the rearguard". "Hey Armin!" I heard Connie call out to me but I ignored it and launched my 3DMG onto a tall building.

This is hell.........no it hasn't become hell. I was just mistaken until now. This world has always been hell from the very start. The strong prey on the weak it's such a simple straight forward world. Its justmy friends. They tried to be strong in this world. They helped me, someone who was weak I couldn't bear it........they saw me as someone who needed to be protected. I wanted to live in this world like them. I wanted to be strong and stand sholder to sholder with them......

I wasn't paying attention when I accidentally slammed into a wall and slid down onto the ground and began sobbing. And this is the result because of me Eren wound up.......

Y/n pov (finally)

I ran while on the roof in the direction of the gate. I could see a man with a giant cart stuck in the pass way to get to the other side of the wall."do you guys know what kind of situation we're in?" I heard a man ask the old guy with a red suit and 2 guys next to him. While 4 people are trying to get the cart through the gate.

"Yeah that's why we're doing this!" Screamed the old guy with the red suit. "And if you guys want to live you'll give us some damn help!" People started screaming things like:

"The hell with that"

"It's gonna get stuck"

"Letting people through comes first!"

"We're all gonna get eaten standing here"

"What are you doing?"

"Go get 'em "

"B-but" the soldier stuttered the old man gave the soldier a glare. " just try small fry! I'm the boss of thiw town's merchant association!" The soldier looked terrified "U-uhh....err".

"Who do you think pays for all the food you soldiers shit out?! Do you have the money to provide for the soldiers in this town?! Push all of you! This cargo's worth more than you can earn in tour entire measly lives! Help and you'll be rewarded!"

From the distance I saw a titan heading towards the gate where all the people were at. I flew using my gas tank for support. I got closer to the titan and sliced its nape. Aswell as another person. When I looked up I saw Mikasa. We both landed on the titans head while it was on the ground Mikasa looked at the people that were still not pased the gate.

Mikasa pov

"What are you doing?" I asked the people. "Oh perfect timing! Get these guys to help me! I'll make it worth tour while!" The old fat man cried. "My comrades are dying as we speak. They're fighting and dying becaise the citizens haven't finished evacuating".

"Of course they are. It's your duty to give your hearts to defend the lives and property of the people! Don't go gettin a big head now that tou freeloaders have somethin' to do after a century of uselessness" before I could beat the shit out of the fat old man Y/n put her arm out as a signal to stop me. She jumped off the rotans head. Looking at the man dead in the eye.

Y/n pov

If you feel people is a matter of course then i'm sure you'll understand that a single precious life can sometimes save the lives of many aswell.

I walked closer and the 2 men on the sides blocked my way "just you try it. Your employer and I go way back. One word from me and he'll be all over your sorry a**" both men lunged at me but I hit them with the back of my blades and walked up to the old man pointing the blade to his neck

"S-sir" "take the cart out" he commanded I walked away seeing a little girl walk up to me "thanks lady!"

"You have truly saved the day you have our gratitude" I saluted. The little girls eyes lit up. I walked away while Yuki was running up to me. I slowed down so he can catch up.

"Want to kill some more titans with your big bro?" Yuki asked. "Sure" I replied

I hope Eren's okay.
