A/N: The moment we've been waiting for! Things are going to be cleared up in this chapter and Bullet is going to reveal what they've been hiding ;)
Padge's pov:
Me and my band mates step out into the moonlight. Lissa watches us, an emotion on her face I can't read.
Moose is the first one to be effected by the moonlight. His eyes change from his usual colour to blood red. His teeth enlarge into fangs. He grows a little taller and sprouts fur everywhere. Slowly, he becomes a wolf. Not the twilight werewolves, but one of those kick-ass werewolves you get when you type 'werewolf' into Google Images.
The next one to transform is Jay. He goes through a transformation, similar to Moose's except with Moose you can still see traces of a human in his werewolf form and Jay is basically some freaky-ass Adlet.
The next one to change is me. Although I don't see it, I know what happens to me. My skin turns paler; my hair colour changes from brown to black; I can feel sharp fangs growing and my eyes turn blood red. The only of us who doesn't transform is Matt.
Almost immediately, Jay and Moose shift out of their forms and back into human. I don't really mind staying as a vampire. I do not sparkle in the sunlight either, just to clear that up.
Lissa looks absolutely horrified.
"Don't scream," Matt says quietly.
"What are you?" Lissa's voice trembles.
"Werewolf, Adlet and vampire," Matt points at us.
"And you?"
"Nothing," Matt smiles sadly. "The Circle rejected me. I still don't know why,"
"We could find out. Is there anywhere that has the answers? Some ancient library filled with old books?" Lissa asks determinedly.
"There is actually. Not too far away from here. It's actually where the Circle is..." I say.
"What?" Lissa narrows her eyes.
"The Circle is a special rock. Not some mystical thing floating around in the air. We found it in this old cabin in the woods. It's home when we're not touring," I explain.
"But it's no use," Matt sighs.
"It's worth trying," Lissa argues. "And shouldn't we visit the Circle anyway? Those things were calling me a Dark Angel and you were saying something about how if I died the Circle would incomplete," Lissa continues.
"She's right," I nod.
"Then tell me what the Circle is. Start right from the beginning," Lissa demands.
"Fine," Moose snaps. "I'll tell her. So when we came across the stone, there was this weird light. The light shone brightly for a while and then it died out. That's when we saw Amy and James. You know who they are, right?"
"Amy Lee, Evanescence, and James Hetfield, Metallica?" Lissa nods.
"Yes. Anyways, Amy and James explained to us what the hell just happened- "
"Which was?"
"Basically, the Circle is a group of eight people. The Master, the Witch, the Werewolf, the Adlet, the Vampire, the Dark Angel, the Valkyrie and the Shadow," Matt takes over from the story.
"James is the Master and Amy is the Witch. I'm the Vampire, Jay's the Adlet and Moose is the Werewolf," I say.
"What do you guys do?" Lissa folds her arms.
