"I'll take it." Finally deciding on a ring. "That'll be $6,400.85 ma'am how will you be paying? " The jeweler asked me "card" I replied as I handed her my card "If you would sign her please you'll be good to go." She said I did as she asked she handed me the ring in a box that was placed in a black gift bag "She's a very special woman, I'm positive that she'll love it." The jeweler said handing me the bag with a smile I nodded and proceed out the door. I stopped by a little boutique and bought Camille a form fitting red dress, a black clutch, and black "So Kate" Christian Louboutin I had everything planned to a tee we just got back home from New Orleans so she's with her friends talking about the trip so that gave me enough time to lay out the dress and shoes I bought her it's Christmas eve so we were going to have a Christmas party at our house I'm not one to purpose in front of everyone so I plan to wait either before or after the party.
"Baby I'm home." Camille sang as she played Christmas music I grinned.

"I love it baby" Camille came out the bathroom dressed to perfection I smiled so hard my cheeks were hurting "You look amazing wow you're perfect. I love you so much Camille. Take a walk with me?" I asked extending my hand she held my hand and smiled as we were walking I was trying to get my thoughts together the lights were glistening over the water and I knew this is the time. I stopped Camille looked at me confused I took the box out my pocket and kneeled on one knee Camille had her hand over her mouth tears streaming down her face "Camille you have been here through thick and thin when I was at my lowest point you didn't leave me your stayed with me when I did you so wrong. When I look at you I fall in love all over again you make me feel whole. I picture myself having kids, a house with a picket fence, a few dogs, growing old , hell even fussing over how tissue paper should be on the roll and I want that person to be you. With that being said Camille will you marry me? " I said looking up at her still on my knee holding the ring. "Of course, yes." She said smiling I placed the ring on her right finger and kissed her passionately. "I love you angel." I said "Not as much as I love you. "She replied I held her as we stared at the lights danced across the water. "Let's call the party off I want this night just for us." Camille said as if she was reading my mind "consider it done. " I replied.
We spent the night watching Christmas movies eating cookies and drinking eggnog this is the best Christmas Eve hands down.
