Leo
I'm just sitting on the roof enjoying the peace and quiet when the silence is disturbed.
"Help!" It screams.
I shoot up and run down the stairs back inside. "Guys, there's someone out there. I heard a cry for help." I say hurriedly. We all run outside and I lead them in the direction of the plea. We look around puzzled about where this person was.
"Is anyone out here?" Bridget asks the air. We all strain our ears to try and listen for any sounds of life. Moan. That's all we need. We run over to a pile of debris and started digging.

We dug and dug. Finally we freed the person who was trapped. "Are you okay?" I asked the figure.
"I think so." He answered. I was on my knees leaning towards him.
"Who are you?"
"Dylan." He answered.
"Well, Dylan, let's get inside." Adrian helped him up and we walked inside. Once inside, we hounded him with questions. All of which he answered, but he cut me off once I started fiddling with my necklace.
"Where did you get that?"
"Get what?" I asked confused.
"Your necklace. Where did you get that?"
"I gave it to her." Adrian stepped in.
"Then where did you get it?" He asked for the third time.
"It was my mom's. Why?" Adrian questioned.
"It...It was my mom's." Dylan said shakily.
"What?" Max whispered.
"Yeah. My parents were split up and I lived with my dad. She would visit sometimes and she always wore that. Or at least she visited until she died after a tragic accident."
"A coyote attack." They said simultaneously. All of us stood quiet with our mouths agape.
"Does this mean..." I started.
"Must be." Leo agreed.
"You guys are brothers!" Isabel exclaimed.
"Not possible..." Adrian said.
"Yeah. Things would've gotten suspicious if she kept leaving from wherever she was."
"Well," Adrian said.
"Well, what?"
"Well my mom was always gone away on business trips."
"When are your guys' birthdays?" I asked quickly.
"July 31st." They both answered.
"What year?"
"1997."
"Oh. My. Gosh." Zavia exclaimed.
"If you guys are really brothers, then you're twins!" Leo concluded.
Adrian
Brother? Twin? Twin brother? This doesn't make any sense. My mom couldn't have had twins. If she did, then why did she keep one and not the other? Oh wait, I've got an answer to that. It's The Empire. That's what they call themselves. Somehow, I knew she was a part of them and I think she knew they would drag her children into their mess so she separated us to keep us safer. But I'm sorry mom. They already got to me.
