I held my children in my arms.
They are so beautiful.
My son had dark raven hair with a slight purple hue and huge dark eyes.
My daughter had vibrant light pink hair and glimmering pink eyes.
She was full of life and wouldn't stop giggling while my son fell asleep.
I envied him.
I was SO tired.
My family could tell.
River took my son from my arms and Pine took my daughter.
River had tears streaming down her cheeks.
"Hi." Was all she said. My son cuddled up to her.
I looked over at Pine.
"What are their names?" Pine asked.
Dang. I hadn't really thought of that.
"Artemis and Apollo."
"They kinda look like opposites." Breeze said.
"Exactly."
"Alright. I love them Lina." Pine said, looking down at our daughter. "Artemis." He whispered.
"Apollo."
River and Pine switched and they each looked at them with tears in their eyes.
"Hey, when's my turn?" Breeze said.
Pine handed him Apollo.
Artemis started to cry which set off Apollo. They handed them back to me and they stopped crying.
Pine sat next to my bed and River and Breeze sat on the other side.
I looked at them.
I loved them the moment I saw them.
Everything I needed was in my arms and all around me.
I was content.
I was happy.
My life was complete.
