"This is a reminder that we are soon going to be experiencing turbulence, and that we advise that you fasten your seat belts."

I listened to announcement that was made through the speakers, and fastened my seat belt. Just as I did, the plane started shaking around and tilting slightly. My stomach dropped, as I had the feeling I was on a roller coaster. I looked over at Lauren, who was sitting next to me, and at Demi next to her, who was sound asleep, even though the plane was jerking around.

"Well. This is fun." Lauren said with a laugh as her book fell off her seat. "Are you enjoying your first ever flight?"

"Yeah it's fun."

This was my first flight because my parents didn't travel anywhere, and the orphanage obviously didn't let us travel. Takeoff was exciting, watching the buildings that seemed so big seem like ants as we took off into the atmosphere. The plane jerked, and I threw my arm up to prevent my head from hitting the window next to me.

"Holy shit this is some serious turbulence." Lauren said as she tightened her seat belt. I nodded, and my hands wandered to my seat belt, tracing the outline of the buckle. The plane seemed to steady, and the speakers crackled to life.

"Sorry about the turbulence, we are not expected to run into anymore. Please enjoy the ride, we will land in half an hour." The pilot reported. I leaned back in my seat, and stared out the window, admiring the puffy clouds. I rested my head against the back of my seat, and closed my eyes, hoping to catch some sleep before we landed.

                                                                                         *****

"How was your first flight!" Demi asked as she hugged me.

"Fun." I replied, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes.

Demi grabbed our luggage off the conveyer belt, and handed my suitcase to me. It was five in the morning, and we were gonna take a taxi to the hotel. The tour busses would arrive tonight, while the girls were performing at the Palace Theater. I was pumped to see them perform, and also excited to see Bea again, who was one of the opening acts. We exited the airport, and was met by a small group of fans, who rushed up to the girls and Demi, asking to take pictures with them and for their autographs. Demi's bodyguard Max, and Big Rob hung around, out of the way but ready to intervene incase anything happened. I hung back, not wanting to interfere, and my thoughts immediately turned negative, wondering how many of the fans hated me. Anxiety bubbled up, and I took a steadying breath. The fans slowly drifted away, leaving us in their wake.

"Alright, let's head to our cabs." Demi said as she led us through the airport, and out into the concrete jungle of tunnels and beeping cars. My eyes landed on a chauffeur that held up a sign that read "Lovato and Fifth Harmony" in thick black marker. We headed over and greeted the driver, piling into the two cars that were provided. I ended up in a car with Lauren, Ally and Demi. Normani, Dinah, Camila, Max and Big Rob were in the other car. I felt the engine rumble to life as the car pulled out of the airport rush and onto a freeway.

"Thirty minutes until your arrival at the hotel." The driver said as I buckled up. I leaned my head back against the seat, and forced my heavy eyelids to stay open.

"You're so cute when you're sleepy." Lauren said as she stuck her tongue out at me.

"I totally agree. When I'm tired I look like a zombie, but you just look like an angel." Dinah commented from beside me.

I shook my head with a small smile as Demi voiced her agreement from the front.

I settled in for the ride, and focused on observing the city and landscape around me. The rest of the girls did the same, and we all sunk into a relaxed silence. Soon enough, we pulled into the hotel.

"Whoo were here!" Ally yelled as we all stumbled out of the car. A doorman came out of the entryway, carting two bellhops behind him.

"Good afternoon," he greeted us as he stopped, "once your luggage is loaded up I can help you shuttle your luggage to your rooms.

"Thank you!" Demi said as we all got to work, loading our luggage onto the bellhops. Once we were finished, we made out way into the hotel, checked in, and loaded ourselves into an elevator.

"I can't wait to see what our rooms look like!" Normani said as she bounced on her feet. The elevator doors slid open with a ding, and Dinah and Normani sprang out of the elevator.

"Last one their is a rotten egg!" Dinah shouted as she hopped onto a bellhop, picking up speed as Normani pushed her.

"Get on guys! Demi said as she shoved me and Lauren onto a bellhop.

"Ally lets push! Camila go stop see if you can slow them down!" Demi said through laughter as Camila sprinted ahead. I saw Camila grab Normani's waist, and Normani shrieked in surprise. The bellhop picked up speed as Demi and Ally pushed with all their  might. I gripped onto the metal bars, and Lauren followed suite, grabbing onto the bars parallel to me. We whizzed through the hall, catching up to Dinah and Normani. Camila trailed after them, trying to grab onto their bellhop. We gained more speed, turned a corner, and the cart leaned over, gliding on two wheels. I was thrown off balance, and Lauren's arms caught me around the waist right before I tumbled down. The cart tipped back onto four wheels, and the momentum made me lean into Lauren.

"I got you." Lauren said as she adjusted her grip on me, "I don't want you flying away on us."

I let out a small laugh, and tried not to think about how fat Lauren probably thought I was. The bellhops eventually slowed, and I realized that we had approached our rooms. Demi and I would be sharing a room, Lauren and Camila would share one, and Ally, Normani and Dinah would share one. Max and Big Rob each had their own.

"Alright, let's check these babies out." Normani said as she handed the room key to Ally, who was closest to their door. Our rooms were very close, Camila's and Lauren's room next to Demi and I's, and Normani, Dinah's and Ally's across from us. Demi shoved the room key in the slot, waited for the light to turn green, and then turned the door knob. I pushed the door open, and my breath was taken away by the gorgeous suite in front of us. From my vantage point, I could see a living room, and a hallway that branched out into other rooms.

"Guys!" Camila yelled as she ran into our room. She bent over, clearly out of breath. I just ran through my room, and there is a living room, two bedrooms, two huge bathrooms, a kitchen and a balcony. I'm so pumped!" She said as she ran back into her room.

Demi turned and smiled, putting her arm around me.

"Well, were in for some fun."
