Vic Fuentes adopted me

Winter break!!!

During our last week of school until vacation Darin wouldn't leave my side. He would even wait outside the bathroom for me. It was funny really he was like my body guard. Finally it was Friday and I had no more worries or any fucks to give. "It's Friday!!!!" I shouted. "Turkey!!!" Sean shouted. "What?" I looked at him. "Don't you eat that in November?" "No you can eat it for both thanksgiving and Christmas." Sean explained. "Coolness." I said. "Hey my mom wants you guys to come over on Christmas." Darin said. "Come over on New Years." Sean grinned. "Amber can we have a sleep over?" Kenny asked me. "Sure thing Kenny!" I said. Darin took his Keys out and started twirling them around his finger and if flew off and hit me in the eye. "Fuck!" I said rubbing my eye. "Are you okay Amber?! I'm so sorry!" Darin said holding my shoulders. "Your New Years resolution should be not twirling your keys around your finger anymore." I said looking at him. "I'm glad you're okay." Darin said patting my head. "I'll take you guys home if you want." Darin offered. "Sure!" Kenny and I exclaimed. "Why don't any of you want to go in my car?" Whined Sean. "Sean that's easy. It's because you drive a steel metal death trap." Kenny said trying not to laugh. Darin and I just nodded in agreement. "Fuck you guys! I'm going to the movies!" Sean said frustrated. "What movie?" I asked. "That one movie with those Boy Scouts." Sean said walking out. "We'll meet you there then. We know you have social anxiety when you're by yourself." Kenny said hugging him. "Okay." He smiled walking to his car. "Let's meet him up!" Darin said grabbing my hand and making Kenny run behind us to the exit of the school and to the parking lot. We got to the movies in five minutes because honestly. The movie theatre isn't that far from the school. Darin bought our tickets and we walked in to see Sean smiling at us with a shit ton of snacks. "Let's go watch ourselves a movie." Sean said.

The movie was hilarious and it was fun just watching it with my friends. "Is that Amber?" I turned around to see two girls looking at me. I smiled and nodded. "It's me! Amber." I laughed. They ran towards me and hugged me. "You're awesome and pretty cool!" They both shouted at me. "Thanks. Do you guys want a picture or something?" I asked with a nervous smile. "Yes!" They said. "Darin? Kenny? Can you guys take the picture for these awesome people?" I asked. "Yeah we can." Kenny said as the took a picture of me with the girls. "Where is Vic,Jaime,Mike, and Tony?" "My dad and the guys aren't with me right now I'm hanging out with friends." I smiled. "Well I'll see you guys later! Stay in school! And remember you are loved!!!" I shouted giving them a hug one last time. We walked to the car and Sean grinned at me. "It seems Fuentes got popular while she was away." Teased Sean. "Totally." I chuckled. "Hey Darin can you drive by my house? I need to pick up some of my things to sleep over at Amber's house." "Sure thing." We walked to the car and Sean waved us bye. Kenny picked up her things and walked out. "Let's go." She smiled. "Your parents don't care that you're coming over?" I asked. "They aren't even home. They left for a few months to visit family somewhere so I'm all alone here for awhile." She sighed as we drove off to my house. "Well if it's okay with you. Do you want to stay with me? I know it sounds cheese but nobody should be alone for the holidays." I smiled. She hugged me and smiled. "Thanks Amber." Kenny said patting my shoulder.

"Thanks for dropping us off Darin!" I shouted and waved. "Anytime Fuentes!" Darin said and drove off. "Dad! I'm home!" I shouted. "Where have you been? You got here later than usual." Vic said checking his watch. "I was at the movies with Kenny, Darin and Sean." I said. "Oh and Kenny's staying with us for awhile is that okay?" Vic nodded. "Just don't do anything thing crazy like set the house on fire or have a illegal turtle racing ring." Joked Vic. "Don't tempt me now." I grinned. "I've raised a monster." Vic laughed. "Anyway if you guys want anything to eat let Mike and I know and we'll get Chinese or pizza." "Alright thanks dad!" I said as Kenny and I ran to my room. "What now?" I asked "Let's do our makeup!" Kenny laughed hysterically. "Okay!" I said.

30 minutes later...

"We look hot." I simply started looking at us in the mirror. "That unibrow really compliments that third eye I drew on your face." Kenny laughed. "Thank you very much. I really like your Mike Tyson face tattoo and your facial hair." I laughed. "Let's go show my dad." I said nudging Kenny. We were in the hallway and I heard more than two people in the living room. "Looks like we have company." I snickered. "Let's show off our faces." Kenny said linking arms with me. "Hello all... We have transformed this is the real us!" I shouted at Vic, Mike, Jaime and Tony. "You look so beautiful Amber!" Jaime said hugging me tight. "Who's your friend?" Tony winked laughing. "Looks like you've raised a man." Mike laughed. "I'm a manly man!" I shouted and flexed at them with my imaginary muscles. "What's your plans for the break kiddo?" Asked Tony. "I don't know but Kenny's coming with me." I said. "Cool well we heard that one of our close friends wants to take you on tour but that's just a rumour." Jaime said. "I hope so I want to spend my vacation with you guys!" I said jumping between Mike and Tony on the couch. "Well tomorrow want to go to the snow?" Mike asked. "Hellz yeah man!" I shouted grabbed Kenny. "Come one let's look for warm shit to wear tomorrow!" "Yeah! Snow!!!" We watched spirited away on my small portable TV and I thought of Jack. "Miss that weirdo." I said before turning off the TV because Kenny already fell asleep.
