"WELCOME HOME!" Friends and family scream when I walk through the door of my parents home. "OHMYGOSH!" I say screaming. I drop all my stuff, and run to my parents. "BETHANY!!!" my parents scream in my ear hugging me really tight. "mom, dad. . " I say "yes rose?" my mom says "uh I can't breathe." "HAHAHA, sorry" they say letting me go. "hey beth!" I hear from a distance. I turn, "IAIN!! KILEY!" I say screaming running to hug them "BETHANYYY!" they say back "I misssssssyoooouuuuguuuiiisseeee." I say with tears in my eyes. "hey Shorty." a familiar voice says. I let go of Kiley and Iain. "MICAH?" "the one and only!" he says "You shortiiie!!!!" I say hugging him. "ah, I miss your hugs."
When the reunion was over. I ask my parents "Mom, where do I put my stuff " "oh, uh. we don't have room for you this week. I'm sorry hun." my mom says "where will I be going?" I say shocked. "Micahs." dad says nonchalant. "surprise " Micah says "ohmy."
"Bye Beth!" Kiley and Iain say leaving. "I'll see ya tomorrow. loveyaa"
"I'm staying at your house?" I say still shocked. . "yep. lets get your stuff out of the car. we'll pack it in mine." micah says.
"bye mommy bye daddy." I say hugging them "bye love you!" "loveyaa!"
"so. where am I staying" I say when we get to micahs house. "oh well ..we gotta stay in the same room for a couple nights. I didn't empty the other room." he says putting my stuff in his room. "oh..." "ohmy. this picture is old." he says finding the picture of the both of us. it was a collage of us, at the park, eating, hugging. "yeah it is." I say trying not to sound sad. "I can't believe you still have it, I miss the old days." he says sitting next to me. "I miss it too." "remember when we were at the park and I was pushing you on the swings. and afterwards we accidentally ran into each other and our lips met?" "yeah." "I miss it." "yeah, uhm where's the shower?" I say almost to tears. "oh down the hall." he says a little confused "okay. thanks." I say
when I got to the bathroom I thought to myself. Remember when you broke my heart? and let your girlfriend step all over me. When on the other hand you were going behind her back telling me you loved me? Remember?
