Chapter 8

"Oh my gosh, Zoe? Are you ok?! What happened?!" Alfie came rushing over.

Zoe seemed to not be hearing him properly, though. She seemed dazed and was breathing fast. She looked as though she was going to cry.

Alfie helped her down and carried her to the sofa, where she say there.

" Would you like me to get you some water?" I whispered.

Zoe nodded, clearly focusing on her breathing.

After taking a few sips of water and breathing a in and out for a while, Zoe spoke.

"I'm so sorry! I just... Something someone texted me brought on a panic attack."

"Don't be sorry, it's fine!" I said, hugging her while Alfie picked up her smashed phone.

"It's ok, Zo, it's ok. What did the person text you?" Alfie asked.

"Well... They said I know where you live and I'm a stalker and put the devil emoji. It came up with an unknown texter. I have no idea who it was..."

"Don't worry, I'll go straight to the police station tomorrow morning. We'll also get you a new phone tomorrow, Zoe." Alfie said, putting his arm round her.

"Oh thank you so much! Also, this may sound strange but I actually feel really tired after that. The body of Zoella is never too energetic after a panic attack." Zoe said.

We laughed. " I think you should go to bed. I mean, I know it's only 8:45 but maybe you should get some rest and relax. Or maybe take a bath?" Alfie commented.

"Yeah, I think I'll take a bath. Oh! That reminds me. I was going to do a face mask in the bath and a get ready with me video for a week and a bit, remember we said we were taking two weeks off?" Zoe said. " And we also need to introduce the viewers to Zara at some point... if that's ok with you, hon?"

"Sure! I'd love to." I replied

"Ok then! I'll go and take that bath." Zoe said, going upstairs.

The next day Alfie and Zoe had gone to the police station with me and told them about what had happened. The police had concluded that it was an online stalker man that had been arrested. There was nothing to worry about.

Then we went to the Apple Store to get Zoe a new phone. We also did some shopping for me too, while we were there, as we hadn't actually been shopping together before. We had so much in common.

"How about this blue dress?" Zoe asked as we looked in New Look.

"Yeah! I love that. But you seriously don't have to buy all this stuff for me, you know.

"Zara, we are good on money and you are our now daughter, who we love so much. We are definitely buying you things, sweetie." Zoe replied, smiling. I love it when she smiled.

"Thank you so much!" I replied. "Oh and after this can we look in Claire's? I might wanna get some of their mascara. But you don't have to pay for it!"

"Oh yes I am!" Zoe laughed as we walked to the till.

"Do you want a bag as well?" Asked the lady as she scanned our clothing items that we had bought.

"Yes, please." Zoe said.

"By the way, I know who you are. I love your videos so much! My name is Rosa." Said the lady as she headed us our things in a bag.

"Thanks so much!" Zoe smiled.

"No problem. I know I might not be allowed to do this while I'm on duty but is it ok if I have a picture?"

"Sure!"

They took a picture and then we headed off to Claire's - Alfie had gone into Sports direct to look at some of the things.

When we got home, I went to bed. I had really began to love my new parents, truly.i had realised that they were just as nice as they were behind a screen ( I hadn't doubted it!)
