Chapter 16

Chapter 16: Violets POV

I was sound asleep until my phone started going off. Ugh. I don't want to get up, so I just let it ring. When It was done ringing I close my eyes to fall back asleep but my phone rang again. I sigh and got up from my bed and walked over to my phone. I pulled out my phone from my bag because I left it in there from last night. I grab my phone and it's Amanda.

"Hello?"

"Hey V!"

"Hi Amanda."

"Are you okay?"

"Yes you just woke me up."

"Oh sorry!"

"It's fine. What do you want?"

"I was wondering if you wanted to come to an amusement park with me today."

"No sorry I can't."

"Why? You love going to amusement parks!"

"I don't feel good. Can you come over here?"

"Yes of course I can! What time?"

"Hmm. 12:30?"

"It's 12:30 now V."

"Oh. How about 1:30?"

"That's perfect."

"Alright. I have to tell you something when you get here."

"Why don't you just tell me now?"

"Because I have to go. Ill see you when you get here. Bye."

I hang up my phone before she could even say anything. I didn't want to tell her on the phone that I'm pregnant. I'm really scared to tell her. I'm gonna have to hid my bump again. I get up from my bed and walk over to my closet. None of my shorts fit me anymore. Well they do but they are really tight and make me feel all uncomfortable. My baby bump isn't that big but its still is big. I've been wearing yoga shorts, yoga pants, sweatpants, and basketball shorts. I finally found something I could wear that'll be comfortable in and will hid my baby bump: My shorts that say 'Olly Murs' on the butt and then my Olly Murs sweatshirt. I grab my clothes and change into the shorts and sweatshirt. What I was going to do is I'm gonna hand her the ultrasound picture and when she asks what is that I'm gonna take off my hoodie and show her my belly. I go to the bathroom and brush out my hair and put it in a side French Braid. After I did my hair I went downstairs to tell my parents that Amanda's coming over. "Daaadddddy?!" I scream. "I'm right here are you blind?" My dad says laughing. "Apparently." I say laughing. "What do you need honey?" "Oh Amanda's coming over at 1:30." "Did you ask if she could come over?" "No sorry dad. I need to tell her I'm pregnant. She invited me to an amusement park and I said no I don't feel good so I asked if she could come here." "I was kidding honey. She's allowed over when ever you want her to come over." My dad says. "You scared me! I thought I was gonna get in trouble!" "Nah." My dad says. At the doorbell rings. Well she's here early. I thought but then I look at the clock and it's 1:30. "I'll get it." I say to my dad as I walk over to the door. "Violet!" Amanda screams as she hugs me. I try my hardest not letting her touch my baby bump. "Hi Amanda!" "Aren't you all Olly Murs out today?" "I'm comfortable okay?" "I'm kidding. I'm wearing my Ed Sheeran shorts see." She says as she turns around and it says 'Ed Sheeran on the butt.' "Twins! I'm wearing my Olly Murs shorts." I say laughing. "I see that." "Alright come on inside!" I say laughing and Amanda comes inside. "C'mon let's go to my room.." "Okay. Don't you still have to tell me something?" "Yes.. Umm.. Ill tell you when we get in my room." "Alright." She says as she walks upstairs into my room. When she gets in my room I grab my Vera Bradley bag and quickly take my ultrasound picture out and put it in my hoodie pocket. "Alright can you tell me now?" "Okay. But you have to promise me that you won't be mad at me." "I promise V." "Okay." I say as I pull out the picture from my pocket and hand it to Amanda. "W-What is this...?" She says. "An ultrasound picture." "Please tell me this is your moms ultrasound picture and she's having a 6th child.." "I would but I would be lying.." "No Violet you can't be!" "I am Amanda.." "Prove it." "Isn't the ultrasound picture proof?" "Let me see your stomach!" "Okay." I say as I take off my hoodie. Now I'm only in my cami and you can see my baby bump. "See." I say and Amanda mouth drops. "O-Oh m-m-my g-god." She says as she starts crying. "You're gonna be an aunt and I'm making you the godmother." I say smiling. "Really? You're making me the godmother?" "Yes. You're my best friend." "I'm happy. But h-how??" "How what?" "How did you get pregnant?" "Me and Jack did it when you, Jaime, and Mrs. Jones were still at the Ed Sheeran concert. We didn't use any protection.. So now I'm pregnant. With a healthy baby girl." I say smiling. "A girl?!" "Yes a girl!" "Awwww!! What are you naming her?" "We don't know yet; but I want to name her Phoenix but Jack doesn't want to." "Phoenix? V.. That's the name of a city.." "I know and it's pretty!" "What did Jack say when you said you wanted to name her Phoenix?" "He said and I quote 'We are not naming out daughter Phoenix! It's a cute name but for a dog not a human!'" "I'm sorry have to agree with Jack." "Well then!" "I'm sorry V!" Amanda says laughing. Me and Amanda talked for hours until she had to go home. When she did leave I hopped in the shower and took a long and nice shower. After my shower I got into my pjs and crawled into bed and went to bed.
