Chapter 10

Chapter 10: Violets POV

I can't believe this. No no no. I can't be! No! Ugh. This is horrible. My parents.. They're gonna kill me. I have to tell Jack and my parents. I think it would be easier to tell Jack first. So I pulled out my phone and called him.

"Hello?"

"Jack..."

"Violet are you crying? What's wrong?"

"I-I-I'm."

"You're what?"

"I-I-I'm pregnant."

"Oh. My. God. I'm gonna be a dad..."

"And I'm gonna be a mom.."

"Did you tell your parents yet."

"No. I'm scared..."

"Violet you have too..."

"I am.. I'm gonna write them a note.."

"A note? Why don't you just tell them?"

"Because it'll be easier to write them a note..."

"Violet.."

"What?"

"You should tell them in person."

"No... They are gonna disown me."

"They Aren't gonna disown you! The worst they are gonna do is yell at you. But, I know for a fact your parents won't disown you. Yes they're gonna be upset with you. But they aren't going to disown you. They care way to much about you to disown you. Trust me."

"You don't know that Jack! They are gonna be pissed off!"

"Violet. They're not gonna be pissed. But, yes they're gonna be upset. They're gonna be pissed if you don't tell them."

"I am going to tell them."

"When?"

"Tonight. I'm gonna write them a note as soon as we hang up. Then tonight when they are in their room I'm gonna slip the note underneath their door. It's just gonna be easier to tell them like that."

"If that's easier for you then do it. But, be sure to mention that the reason why you're writing it in a note is because it's easier and you don't know how to tell them so you're writing this note."

"That's what I was going to."

"Good. Well go write the note now."

"No.. Not yet.. I need to calm down first."

"Okay ill stay on the phone with you then. Wait am I the only one who knows as of now?"

"No. Natalie does. I told her first. Before you say it I know I should of told you first but, she's the one who told me to take the test."

"No no it's fine. I understand."

"Jack?"

"Yes?"

"Do you promise me you'll be here for me? I can't raise a child by myself."

"Of course. I'm not that kind of guy who gets a girl pregnant and leaves. No I'm not my dad."

"Wait what?"

"My mom was a teen parent. My dad left as soon as she got pregnant with me."

"Oh I'm sorry."

"No it's fine. Are you calmed now? I have to go eat dinner. Text me on what they say."

"Okay."

I hang up my phone and throw it at my bed. Ugh.. I can't believe I have a human being growing inside of me. I'm so scared of what my parents are gonna say. I put my hands on my stomach and sigh. I can't believe I'm going to be a mom.. I then get up from my floor and walk over to my desk and sit. I grab 2 pieces of paper and a pen. This note is gonna be long. I began to start to write the note. It took me about 45 minutes to write it. I had to stop to cry once in awhile. I just feel like I disappointed them. After I finish the note I look over at the clock and it's 10:30. Perfect. They have to be in bed by now. I fold the 2 pieces of papers into a mini square and wrote; 'To: Daddy and Mommy<3 Love: Violet<3.' On the top of the note. I grab the note and walk out of my room and walk to my parents room. The door was shut. Perfect. I can just slip the note underneath their door. I slip the note underneath the door and then stand up and go back to my room. I go into my room and lay down on my bed and put my hand on my stomach and nervously wait for my mom and dad to come into my room and tell me their response..
