~ Juli P.O.V. ~
It had been a few weeks since I was accepted to college. Carter had gotten me those tickets and I was over-the-moon happy. I really couldn't wait. The concert was a few days away, and I could barely focus on my college work. I can't believe I am going to meet One Direction!
I was in our apartment when I heard a door open.
"Juli, are you home?" Carter yelled through the hallway.
"Yeah, baby, I'm in our room." I was working hard studying for the first big test of the year. If I failed it, I might not get into medical school in the future.
"Hey beautiful." Carter walked up to me and kissed my forehead. We had been together since my sophomore year of highschool. I know it sounds cheesy, but I really think it was love at first sight.
"How was work today?" I asked, although I wasn't really interested. All I could this about was the exam, and meeting One Direction.
"Pretty good. One man brought in his dog and he had to be put down. Turns out he was a lot sicker then we realized."
Carter is a Vet. He already finished college, since he is 23 and I am 19.
"Aww, that's so sad." I honestly don't think I could handle being around dying animals. People, I can definatley handle; I've dreamed of being a doctor since I was little.
"Yeah, it was." His eyes began getting a little watery.
"Oh, babe, are you crying?" I made a pouty face and wrapped my arm around him.
"I'm fine. Just a little shook up from today." I really loved how Carter wasn't afraid to be emotional sometimes.
~ Carter P.O.V. ~
I really love Juli. Despite our age difference, she is the perfect girl for me. I love her with all my heart.
I got her the One Direction tickets because I know how much of a fan she is. And to be honest, i was a little excited to go too.

Ughhh i know it was terrible. Trust though, I have some really good ideas, and hopefully it will get better in the next few chapters.
