Michael's P.O.V.

"Where are you going?" I asked, as Alli passed me. I looked at the bag she was carrying, eyeing it. "Why do you have those?"

"Babe, it's my bridal shower," she smiled. "Last minute party before we tie the knot. You have yours, too."

"No, I don't," I said, confused. Then I remembered. "Uh, yeah. The lads and I are going out later or something. I don't know. Ashton planned it. But. Why do you have a bag as big as that with you?"

"I'm going home tomorrow," she said. "We're not supposed to see each either before the wedding or it'll be doomed. Now, we don't want that."

I do actually, I thought.

"I'll be staying at Sophia," she continue. "And she's waiting outside."

"Oh, okay," I muttered. "Have fun then."

"Love you," she giggled, winking at me as she opened the door. And before I can even answer her, she already closed the door.

An hour later, Ashton came to pick me up, blindfolding me as we made our way to wherever he planned my party. I wish I could say I was surprised but it was just in their house where a big box sits at the center of their living room. They pushed me to open it, and out two girls in lingerie. I won't dent it but they both look hot and everything but I was focused on someone else - Kelsey.

Although Ashton said she wasn't home, I can't get my mind off her as I occasionally looked at the front door, waiting for her to come. I just want to see her - to talk to her.

I just can't lose her.

It was already passed twelve and the lads were all drunk. The two girls left already after I paid them before they could do a thing with Luke who was so wasted now.

"Take that, motherfucker!" Louis screamed, chucking a pillow on Harry. Although drunk, they were still able to play FIFA. Ashton was lying on his back, fast asleep.

"Hey!" Harry protested. I laughed. "That's no fair!"

I heard the door slammed shut, getting my attention. I looked up and locked eyes with the only person I wanted to see. Kelsey smiled at me before walking passed us and heading upstairs. Louis and Harry didn't noticed her at all and continued to play.

"I'll be back," I told them but they didn't seem to bother so I headed upstairs, following Kelsey to her room.

"Kelsey?" I called, as I entered her room. She was nowhere to be seen.

"Why are you here?" She asked.

I turned around to face her. She raised her eyebrow at me, waiting for an answer. "I was... we need to talk."

"If it's about what happened last night," she said, pushing passed me and opening her closet. "Forget it. You're getting married anyway."

"But... I," I was gonna push the subject but decided not. I do know that she feels the same for me. "How did you know then?"

"Know what?" She asked, as she nodded at me to turn around so she can change. I shrugged, following her.

"You know what," I said. "How'd you know about angels and demons?"

"I read," she said.

"No," I muttered, shaking my head. And without thinking twice, I turned around to look at her, grabbing her arm. She was still in her undergarments, but I don't care. "You look familiar - someone I've met before."

"We've met at the café," she said, stepping back as she tried to pry me off her. But I only held unto her tighter.

"Who's your mom?" I asked.

"Ellen," she said, hitting the wall behind her. "I left home to live with Shawn. I haven't seen her since, I told you that."

"You're lying," I said, looking deep into her eyes. "Your dad?"

"I haven't met him," she said.

"How'd you know Calum?" I asked, leaning closer to her and stopping inches away from her.

"You're friends with him," she said, more like a question.

"You're not mortal," I finally blurred out, pressing my lips into hers.
