"Celena, this is Donovan Kris my son and your future husband," Alpha Kris said when I walked through the two double doors to the pack house.
Donovan was handsome all right, with the short brown hair, beautiful eyes and muscular body. And those pearly whites.
"It's nice to meet you," I said politely.
"Same to you," he said. Hm, he didn't seem to happy to see me. But I still played good-girl.
"It's very nice here," I said, trying to start a conversation. I was aware that his father was standing a few feet from us, observing our behaviour with each other. After all, we were going to, at some point, start going out.
"Thank you. And it's only my father and I here, but you will meet the rest of the family soon."
My luggages were brought to me, and before I could take them, Donovan already had them in his hands. What a gentleman.
"Let me take these to your room."
Your room. That must mean that we are no gong to be sleeping in the same room. Good.
He showed me to my room, which was fairly large and had its own bathroom and walk in closet.
Donovan put down my belongings. "Thanks," I said. "No problem, um... I know it's awkward that we've never met each other before today and we're getting married by force in two months, but I think we could take our... relationship slowly. Step by step." Donovan said. And I was glad he said it.
"I agree. We'll spend sometime and get to know each other. Maybe a small movie or something," I said, nodding my head.
"Great, well. I'll leave you to get comfortable with our home."
"Thanks again, Donovan."
"Anytime,"

For the rest of the day, I had unpacked all of my clothes and made the room look more like home than just a, well room.
I had laid out a few of my favourite books on the shelves and put out my makeup kits on the little table with a mirror.
It was around 12am in the morning and I was sure everyone was asleep, but boy, I was feeling thirsty.
My throat was dry and I needed water. Looking around my room, I realized I had no food or water in here.
I groaned as I got out of bed. Ugh, I had to walk all the way downstairs in the large kitchens. Couldn't I get a time of real rest. Training the past 5 years and now this?
'Stop complaining and get the water already. You don't even know what you're saying.' Crystal, my wolf grumbled.
I snuck my way down the stairs and went into the kitchens. Grinning when I saw a fresh and sealed water bottle in one of the counters, I grabbed the bottle without thinking and chugged it down.
Jonathan
"Hey bro, can you get us snacks?" Donovan, my older brother, asked. We were playing some Xbox in his room and he has told me about the new girl he met this morning. When I asked if she was hot, he just shrugged it off. Whatever, I'll let her anyway tomorrow morning.
"Fine, don't continue without me," I said as I paused the game.
Going down the stairs, I heard footsteps. Sucking in a breath, I slowly crept to the kitchen. My wolf, Cameron, was saying something like 'may, may may', but I was too focused on figuring out who as raiding our kitchens. Yes, kitchens. Our pack house was large, therefore we had put 4 kitchens together when we first built it, which was before I was born. 19 years ago.
That's when I saw the most beautiful person in the world.
She was wearing a tight white tank top which showed her curves and wore shorts that showed off her long, tan legs.
And she was chugging a water bottle. Her lips around the top and the small bob her throat makes when she swallows it. I felt my wolf purr.
And when she finished it, she let out a breath. And looked towards me.
Celena
"Ahh..." I said, putting my hands on the counter behind me as I lifted up my head and closed my eyes.
I hear a soft growl and I looked to my left.
Standing frozen on the spot was a young handsome man, staring at me.
Mate, Crystal said, and he slowly approached me.
I was standing in the same spot, unable to move or breathe until we were chest to chest. I looked up at him, his round and dark eyes.
"Where have you been all my life?" He whispered, and our lips connected.
My hands go up and around his neck, locking them behind him. He bit my bottom lip for entrance, and with a groan, I granted it.
He tasted like chips and Coke, and his hands found their way to my hips. Pinning them against the counter, he leaned down on me, making me arch my back, pressing more of my chest to him. I hear him groan.
Running my fingers through his soft brown hair, I tugged it and earned a growl from him. Crystal was howling happily when his hands go under my top, and squeezed my waist. I let out a gasp and he pulled away slightly, pressing his forehead to mine.
"What's your name, beautiful," my mysterious mate asked.
"Celena Pine," I breathed, still feeling overwhelmed by the kiss.
"You're my brother's bride?" He asked, pulling away a bit to look down at me.
"Yes." Sadly.
"Jonathan Kris. And you're mine," he growled, pulling my head to his chest.
"I don't know what to do, now that we've found each other but I'm supposed to marry your brother," I whispered quietly.
"Sh... no one has to know, we'll keep it a secret for now," Jonathan soothed me.
"For now..." He repeated.
Jonathan
"Hey man, what took you so long?" Donovan said.
"Couldn't find the cheesy chips you wanted," I shrugged. Quickly placing the bowl of chips on a nearby table, I said over my shoulder. "I smell like sh!t, I'm going to take a shower," with that, I left my brother's room and went back to mine.
Truth was, I didn't smell bad; I took a shower a few hours ago. I made my excuse because I knew if Donovan sniffed me, like, really sniffing me and using his wolf senses, he would know a female has touched me, and I didn't want to answer any of the questions he might ask.
So I took the quickest 5 minute cold shower, and went back into my brother's room. "Ah, where were we?"
