Ink Heart

Chapter 6

I have never felt so freaking amazing in my life and I can't stop it, the smiling on my face, the feeling in the pit of my stomach, the tingling in my toes all of it. I can finally feel something for once in a long time.

Once I make it up stairs to my apartment I collapse my back to the door melting to the floor. I'm not tired at all because my minds so awake so I decide to unpack all my stuff and clean up my room to keep myself busy

Two hours pass and it's 2:00 am when I finally fall asleep. I wake the next morning in doubt knowing that I will probably never see Josh Hutcherson ever again. I sit up on my bed and check my phone, there's a unread message.

"Good morning Kristen, it's Josh I had a really fun time last night I hope it was the same for you, okay I'm going to be honest I couldn't sleep at all last night I am to excited to see you again umm yeah there's this thing tonight on Main LA it's a exclusive Club only some are let in and I was thinking that maybe you would want to go with me? Answer back if your up for it.. I'll pick you up at 7:00, Oh and dress nice! Bye :)"

Without hesitation I reply back to Josh  

Of coarse I say yes!

I check the time, it's only 12:00 the time is seem to not going fast enough. I still have 7 hours to spare. I walk the kitchen to make something to eat its been a long time since I've eaten anything so I guess I should so I can at least dance at the Club tonight. I end up just making some toast and eating that.

I know that I'm not leaving for a while but I walk to my dresser to see what I could wear, all my nicely folded clothes I put away last night were now all over my floor.

"I don't have anything to wear!"

After some thinking I decide I should just go out and buy a dress for tonight. I grab my most simplest clothes and throw them on but I at least brush my hair tho so I dont scare anyone. I lock the door take the elevator down stairs walking out the door it looks like it rained last night because the streets are filled with puddles. I wave for a taxi, after three try's a taxi finally pulls up. I just tell them to bring me to a part of town where I can buy clothes since I don't know my way around this place. The driver was a Indiana man with a strange accent and had his Spanish music playing the whole time. He looked so happy even tho he only lived as a taxi driver.

Not much longer the driver pulls over and tells me to look along the street at the stores and I'll find what I'm looking for. I give him a tip and he gives me a brief wave and he's off.

I start walking down the street past all the stores window browsing, he was right all these stores looked great but not what I was looking for. After about 6 stores one catch my eye from the red dress that was in the window so I decided to go in.

The store was small with a only two lady's working there. Once I opened the door it made this bell chime above the door that made the lady's see me and start fast walking toward me, you can tell they don't get much customers.

"Hello sweetie do you need any help with anything?"

"Yes actually I seemed to notice that dress in your window" *pointing to the dress*

In no time the lady's were already racing to the mahican striping the dress off it.

"Here you go darling, the change rooms are over there"

I walk over to the change rooms and close the door. I take off all my clothes and slip into the red dress, it fits like a glove.

It's so beautiful, it's a short strapless dress thats a dark red colour it's plain with a lacey texture and in the back of the dress it is open with two strips that go across.

I already know I am going to get this dress so I take it off and put my other clothes on heading for the check out. It comes to a cost of 80 dollars but I still need shoes I realized. Then across the counter I spot some cherry red high heels that go with my dress.  

I buy those too, that makes the sales lady's very happy.

I wave goodbye to the two lady's caring my bag out the door. I don't have anything else to do so I wave for another taxi and make it home at 5. I still have 2 hours but I decide to get ready now anyway.

I go have a shower first that turns into a hour long shower because I love showering. I dry my hair using my blow dyer and then straighten my hair it get much longer when I straighten it and goes all the way to my hips, yes I have very long hair. I pin my bangs to the side and then my hair is done. I start on my makeup now I put my top eye linear on making it so it swoops off my eyelids I then get some white eye makeup and tab a bit on the corner of my eyes closet to my nose. I put on a bit of mascara and for the finish I grab some bright red lip stick and spread it on my lips.

I go grab my red dress and slip it on once more along with my high heels. I am now ready to leave and Josh should be here soon. 

I go down stairs early to wait for Josh, he showed up at 7:00 right on the dot just as he promised. He stepped off the motorcycle wearing a plain grey tux with a white blouse and thin grey tie, God he looked so Handsome and sexy it made me frustrated how hot he is. He walked up to me and as he got closer he stopped and said

"Wow, Kristen you look fucking Beautiful"

"Shit sorry I didn't mean to say that out loud" he said

I laugh, my face was pure red now I could feel it and the smile was creeping up on my again.

I take the lead and I started to walk to the motorcycle sitting on back as he handed me the helmet. Once we are settled Josh revs the engine again but looks back and says

"Sorry this might mess up your hair"

But it doesn't, the helmet helps holding my hair down at the top. The traffic is a bit worse then last time and takes us a bit longer to get the Main since its so busy there.
