"Here, I brought your clothes, phone, laptop and CD as you asked. Your neighbors were giving me weird looks. They might think that I'm a robber or something." Hunter walked into the house and I chuckled.

"Well, don't worry about that. Breakfast is ready." I said and Hunter placed all my stuff on the couch.

He walked over to the dining table and sat down. I gave him his pancakes and he started eating. "You're not going to school tomorrow." he said out of the blue, making my head snap to his direction.

"Why?" I asked him and he shot me his flat look once again.

"You can't go to school in that condition." he said and I sat down next to him.

"But I'm fine now." I breathed out.

Hunter stared at me. "You were stabbed, Zoe. Stabbed." he shot me a glare. "And those burns are still healing."

"But I can walk, Hunter." I said and he sighed.

"Fine. You can go, but you won't leave my side unless you have classes. Understood?" he gave me a look, telling me that I better agree.

I pursed my lips and nodded. "Okay."

---

"Hey!" Blaze grinned widely when she saw us.

Hunter and I grinned back as we walked over to her. She hugged us and Hunter and I sat down. Hunter was going to tell Blaze today that I moved in with him, but of course without the actual reason. I was excited to see how living with Hunter was going to be. It seemed nearly impossible for people that don't actually know him. The rumors just disgusted me. I held in a scowl when I remembered the whispers I was hearing that day. Sure, Hunter didn't give a fuck, but I couldn't stand hearing bad things about him.

I can't believe that people actually think that Hunter is using me as his 'slave' or that he's forcing and abusing me into things that are against my will. People are so stupid. They just assume things and without thinking they start rumors. Hunter is actually the one that saved my life. What the fuck are people thinking? It may not bother Hunter, but it does bother me. Hunter doesn't deserve any of this.

"Are you okay?" Blaze gave me a look and I looked at Hunter; but looked back at Blaze afterwards.

"Yeah, I'm perfectly fine." I smiled at her, hoping she'll be convinced. Luckily, she bought it.

Suddenly the door opened and the doctor walked in. He greeted us and we kindly greeted back. He walked over to Blaze and simply asked her questions about how she's feeling, if she had enough sleep and other stuff. When their conversation was over, the doctor turned around and looked at us. To be honest, the doctor did look very creepy. He had thick glasses that made his eyes seem huge, he had a lot of pimples on his face, and his serious face just made me shiver. He looked like a psychotic doctor that could cut your organs out and make you eat your own organs, but of course, he is not like that. I hope...

"You are her brother, right?" he looked at Hunter and Hunter gave him a slight nod. The doctor cleared his throat and glanced at me. He raised his eyebrow but didn't say anything and looked back at Hunter. "We have to talk." he said and walked to the door. "I'll see you in my office whenever you're free."

Hunter nodded and the doctor walked out of the room. "He creeps me out..." I said and Blaze giggled.

"I know, he creeps me out too. I have never seen him smile ever. He is worse than Hunter." she said and her brother glared at her.

"Shut up." he said and sighed. "I'll go to the doctor's office. I'll be right back." Hunter looked at us as we nodded.

He shook his head and walked out of the room. Blaze looked at me and smirked. "So, you're going to be here everyday. Aren't you?"
