After my night with Rosalie I started to enjoy my life a bit more. On the Friday, I didn't go to school but I drove to school when it had finished and picked up Rosalie so we could spend the day together. I got some strange looks at the school, but I guess I would. My clothes hung off me and they look three sizes to big for me; my hair was tied up in the worst fashion ever and made it look like a rats nest; my face was dotted with the ache that never appeared on Rosalie or the other Cullen's faces and I had a small limp from not walking for a while. When Rosalie came out she was instantly by me and was wrapping her arms around me before I could say hello

"What are you doing here?" Rosalie buried her fae in my neck.

"I can't take Bella's whining tonight complaining about Forks to her mum on the phone," I said rolling my eyes and kissing Rosalie's neck,

"Come on then," Rosalie said nodding towards my car.

"No Emmett?" I asked noticing the lack of the noisy guy

"Him and Edward are hunting," Rosalie explain. I nodded and walked to my car getting into the front seat.

I stayed over at Rosalie's that night and the Saturday night. Throughout the day I had got texts from Charlie asking where I was; I only gave him a simple answer of 'I will be home Sunday'

I spent the day just playing games and being force fed by Esme who said I was too skinny for her liking and that I had to eat, it wasn't an option.

When I went home on the Sunday Bella was in her room searching vampires. I frowned and pushed open her door and going to sit on the rocking chair. Bella looked up from her computer.

"Hey Emily," she said looking up from her computer

"Hi, what are you doing?" I asked frowning and trying not to act suspicious at all.

"Nothing," Bella said too quickly

"SAeriously Bella, is it something that will get you into trouble?"

"No," One again Bella was too quick to act non suspicious

"Bella, we have had a rough time lately and now your lying to me"

"Fine," Bella groaned and ran a hand threw her messy hair, "You know the Cullens?"
I nodded, "The weird ones?"

"Yeah. Well Jacob Black wass talking to me and he said that there was a vampire named Carlisle around many years ago,"

"So?"

"So, that could be the Carlisle that is Dr. Cullen. They match all the criteria-" Bella was getting carried away with herself, I stopped her.

"This is stupid," I laughed, "Vampires? The Cullens? I get they are different but that's stupid. Vampire aren't real Bella"

Bella laughed nervously, "I guess it is a bit stupid. Vampires are just myths that people made up to scare others"

We sat there awkwardly for a while before I got up.

"I have to go upstairs," I said going towards the door.

"Okay," Bella said, "I will see you at school"

"Sure," I said walking out of the room and going to my bedroom.

In the morning it was the sunniest it had every been in Forks. I couldn't go out in shorts so I went out in a cowl neck grey jumper and a pair of blue acid wash jeans. I put my hair into a side plait and decided to wear some make up. I put some mascara on and manage to make my spots invisible. Finally I grabbed some sunglasses and headed towards the door. I got into my car and drove to school. Parking in the usual spots, I noticed the absence of the Cullens but of course they wouldn't be in school today as the sun was literally killing me. I saw Bella sitting on the Bench outside the school. I walked past her and I looked back at her to see her revising Trigonometry. I sighed and headed inside for the school day.

By the end of the school day I was tired and had so many strange looks. I went to my car and drove back to Charlie's where I parked in the driveway and got out. I just needed some sleep so I went upstairs and feel asleep on my bed.

The morning was sunny again which I wasn't happy about because it meant that Rosalie wouldn't be in school today. Groaning I got up out of the comfort of my bed. I would have skipped school and spent the day with Rosalie but instead I had to go to school because of how much school I missed. If I didn't go to school everyday I wouldn't graduate so I went off to school.

The school went slowly and when I went into the cafeteria it was all full apart from the Cullens Table. It wouldn't be good for me to sit there alone so I went outside and sat in the shade so the sun wouldn't burn me. Once the school day was over I decided to drive to the Cullens, since Bella was going shopping with her friends in Port Angeles. I got into my car and drove into the woods.

By the time I had arrived at the Cullens I was weirdly tired. I guess it was because I hadn't eaten much these past days but even walked towards the house got me tired. I leant against the wall and knock on the door talking deep breaths as I stood there. Rose opened the door.

"Hey beautiful," Rose said leaning on the door frame

"Hi," I panted between breathes

"Are you okay?" Rose frowned standing up properly

"Just out of breath," I said finally being able to take a breath

"Okay, just take it easy," Rosalie frowned taking my hand and leading me inside. We made our way up the stairs and were greeted by not only all the Cullens but two other vampires. They were finishing their goodbyes with Jasper when I came in.

"If you see Maria again," Jasper was saying, a little warily, "tell her I wish her well."

"I don't imagine that will happen soon," Peter said with a laugh "But, should it happen, I certainly will."

"Charlotte, Peter," Edwards said, nodding.

"It was nice to see you again, Edward," Charlotte said doubtfully. Peter just nodded in return.

They both stopped by Rosalie.

"Why is there a human in our presence?" Peter said looking like he would attack me. Rose stood in front of me protecting my weak body.

"She's with me," Rosalie confirmed, "She is harmless"

The two vampires looked at Jasper as if to confirm. He nodded and the two of them left. Shortly after Edward left leaving us to go to Port Angeles. I sat on the sofa and Esme frowned at me.

"You look terrible," She said truthfully.

"I know, I just can't hold food," I said biting my lip and playing the the ring that was loose on my bony fingers.

"I will be back," Esme said walking towards Carlisle. Rosalie sat next to me and watched the TV as Emmett and Jess played games on the TV. I looked at Rosalie who started talking

"They are talking about you," She said, "Do you want to hear what h ey are saying?" I nodded and Rosalie started to talk.

"She's dying," Esme said

"We can't do anything to save her," Carlisle pointed out

"We can change her,"

"Rosalie would kill us"

"She would prefer to have Emily a vampire than dead I would guess. So would Edward with his"

"If she gets any worse then we will think about it, but I make no promises as she may not make is through the change"

Rosalie stopped talking and placed her hand on mine.

"You need food and sleep," Rosalie said.

"I know, but one of those is hard to get," I joked giving a feeble laugh. After a while I fell asleep on the sofa.

Rosalie woke me up I the morning and handed me some clothes. I changed into them and smiled.

"We are taking my car today. Do you want someone to drive your car for you?

"Umm... Sure," I replied.

Alice and Jasper got into my car and we all drove to school. When we got there I was instantly shocked by who I saw walking with Edward.

Bella.
