Joey is 18 and lives in a house with his mother, his homophobic, abusive father, and his cute little puppy wolf.
He spends most of the time in his room just making YouTube videos, playing with Wolfie, and staring out of his window whenever his parents argue or he gets extremely bored.
Unfortunately, there is no view. No mountains, no trees, not even a view of the streets, just a closed window. The house next to Joey's has been empty for about a year. He often just stares through the window at the empty room in the other house.
It was just another typical day. Joey was bored to death listening to his father argue with his mother for the 8th time today. He was getting sick of it. Locked in his room again, he decided to spend another hour staring at the empty room through the closed window of the other house. Only this time, he wasn't staring at a closed window...he was staring at an open window.
